Short trip

Small condo, but we made reservations later. Beach is pretty crowded right in front so it’s not quiet. But we were thankful for being there for a few days!

Great Spot

The location is great, and easy to find. Easy access to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. (You've just gotta time it right, otherwise traffic is bonkers). Also Panama City Beach is 30-45 minutes and Destin is 45 minutes, for day trips. Nice condo, great building, great location.

This unit needs some attention to maintenance.

We encountered several problems with this unit. Kitchen - we had to fix the icemaker Guest Bath - the shower curtain fell the first time the bathroom was used. We were able to get back up, but it needs to be secured. Living Area - The loveseat has quite a few noticeable stains. Master Bath - There is something wrong with the shower valve. It took several minutes of adjusting the handle to be able to get hot water. Master Bedroom - There is a huge safety hazard in this room. The room has a rug that has not grip to the floor. The first time I stepped on it, I almost lost my footing and fell. This really needs to be addressed for safety reasons. The view is beautiful and this could be a really nice unit, but some maintenance needs to be done and the rug needs to be removed before someone falls and hurts themselves.

Great views!

Nice unit with great views and a smart TV. The building is in a great location. Seaside and several nice restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful beach!

Property and unit were very clean. Great access to the beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Only 2 issues: One was a water leak that occurred from the unit above us. We returned from a day fishing trip and found a large puddle of water in the living room. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance right away. After determining the leak was from the unit above they cleaned the water and had a dehumidifier and commercial fan in place within 30 minutes. They continued to check on the unit through the duration of our stay. The other issue was the door code generated for check-in did not work. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and issued a new code then came upstairs to make sure we were able to access the unit.

Great location

The property was easy access to the beach, had a wonderful ocean view where we could watch the sharks and all the sea life 😳. If you enjoy cooking be sure to bring all of your spices. With a few furniture upgrades this condo is a 10. I would consider staying here again.

Incredible View and Location

This condo is located in a perfect spot with views for days! We were easily able to rent bikes and bike around. The area is very bike friendly. The people at front desk were very friendly and always willing to help. We had to take a trip to the ER and they were able to guide us to the best/quickest location.The condo is what you would expect from a vacation rental. Some wear and tear on the place from heavy use. Looks like some upgrades have been made in the past but left the finishing touches undone. Couch was super sandy and sticky like it had sunscreen on it. Very limited on dishes and cooking pans. That being said, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and satisfactory. Master bedroom has incredible views, just like the living room. Besides the sandy couch, the place was clean. Speaking of cleaning, watchout for the housekeeper on checkout day. Checkout was 10am, but the housekeeper came in at 8am while we were very much in the middle of packing. They stood right outside until we departed. One of the elevators went down on checkout day, so we waited 30 minutes before we could get down. Also, the beach fills up really fast. If you want a spot, grab it early!! Overall it was a good trip and the condo satisfied the needs we had as a small family.

Description is completely inaccurate!!

We just returned and stayed weekend. Listing said updated, remodeled, new-not even close. We were completely misled. The wood floor is broken and coming up in bathroom doorway. There is MOLD everywhere on ceiling especially in bathrooms. Shower curtain in "spa" bath was disgusting and dirty. The tub is covered in mold. Entire unit has mirrored walls. The "luxury" bedding was white sheets and a throw over it which was stained also. Main bedroom bath is tiny and shower is also covered in mold including the ceiling. The shower does not drain and fills up with water when used. It was so nasty. Rugs are worn. Couch is covered in stains but had nice throw pillows added. It was clean as they could get it but if we had our kids we would have left. We actually looked for somewhere else to go and nothing was available. The pool area is small and not nice. No hot tubs on property. The gym is 2 pieces of equipment. We work hard for our trips and were celebrating our anniversary. With all the charges we spent a fortune to stay here. They need to either lower fees or list the condition correctly. We will not rent from them anymore and we were really looking forward to staying in building - never again. We have photos of everything and sent to rental company. We received a "thank you for your comments" response.

The description is completely inaccurate !!

We were expecting an updated, nice, clean condo. All lodging in the area is beautiful and we have never stayed anywhere that wasn't. This unit is horrible! The ceiling is covered in mold. Both bathrooms are covered in mold. The floor is missing wood in second bath. The second bedroom's mattresses sink all the way down in middle. The description says "luxury " bedding? The were white sheets with a white throw on top which was stained. The shower in main bedroom doesn't drain and it fills up with water when you shower. We did not use second bath with tub because the shower curtain was stained and wrapped over tub. The unit is floor to ceiling mirrors which is extremely outdated. We paid a lot of money to stay here and did give the rental company an opportunity to make it right but received a "we appreciate your feedback" and nothing else. Also, the gym literally has 2 pieces of equipment and the pool area is awkward. The beach is very close which is nice but setup company worker wasn't nice at all. He told us if we PAY to reserve chairs and umbrella for day we MUST stay in them and at beach for full day-it's required. Wait-what???? We are still waiting on rental company to hopefully provide some sort of relief as we only stayed because it was just the two of us and there was nowhere else to go. This condo either needs to be heavily discounted or description needs to be accurate.
