Thank you for your feedback, Shelli. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay. You reported the bedding concerns within 24 hours of checking in, and we responded promptly by offering a reclean. However, you declined the offer, stating that you had already washed the bedding yourselves and indicated that you would leave a negative review unless compensation was provided. We requested photos of the condition, but you informed us that none were taken. Our inspection photos taken prior to your arrival showed that the unit, including the bedding, was clean. Although the evidence did not support the claim, we still issued a partial refund of the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. The dryer did stop working shortly before your departure, and it has since been repaired and is now fully functional. We value all feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible guest experience. Kind regards.

We also apologize for the inoperable fans and the broken screen door. We have alerted the maintenance team and they will make the necessary checks and repairs. Please note that the outlets in the master bath have been fixed. In regards to the light over the kitchen sink; please note that it is not burnt out, it is currently disconnected. We completely understand how important property selection is, and we find no pleasure in having to relocate guests. A lot of planning goes into choosing the perfect stay, and we do our very best to inform incoming and present guests of anything that may majorly impact their experience as soon as we are made aware. Unfortunately, the first change was due to the condo going off rental, which was completely beyond our control. We worked hard to find a comparable alternative to ensure you still had a great stay. The second move was due to unexpected construction, which our team was not notified about. We only became aware of it when we inspected the unit just before your arrival, and at that point, we acted quickly to place you in a unit that would better suit your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. While this was an unfortunate situation, we hope you were still able to enjoy your time at the beach and would consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Regards, Benchmark Management
