Wide views of the ocean and pleasing ocean neutrals make this home a friendly seaside retreat for the entire family! Relax and get some sun out on the furnished top deck. Though the loft's enormous sectional sofa might be your new favorite place to relax! Enjoy cooking up delicious meals together in the stylish galley-style kitchen, then enjoy your meal out on the deck or in the sizable common area. The private washer/dryer will take care of the day's sandy beach towels so that everyone can relax. Guests can enjoy direct beach access as well as access to a shared pool

The location, the deck, and the unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean is breathtaking! It is a spacious and well laid out unit. Bathrooms have been updated recently, and it is decorated beautifully at the kitchen is sparsely stocked with dishes, silverware, serve ware, covered dishes and cooking tools. The management company was wonderful to deal with and people in units around us seemed so kind.

We were very happy with everything. Condo is cute, clean and roomy. Great access to the ocean. Pool is small and needs some work but we loved everything else.

We were surprised to find such a light and airy unit. Since it is a top floor unit on the end, the skylights and side windows made it so pleasant. The balcony was quite large with a great view of the ocean. We weren't sure how it would be to stay in a condo instead of a house on the ocean, but with the beach access being so easy, it was great. We did rent beach chairs which helped. The beach was not at all crowded either. The food nearby was outstanding! Crazy good ice cream at Pecan Jacks, the Old Fish House never disappoints, and the Perfect Pig was a wonderful surprise of deliciousness.

Amazing trip!

We had a fantastic time during our trip! The location was great and right on the beach. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The best part was the balcony!! Amazing views and great furniture to rest on!

Excellent location and accomodations

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach location was perfect for our group and the deck was fantastic. The condo was decorated very nice, and was a neat layout. Our only hiccup was needing more blankets at night for sleeping, we were chilly with just two sheets on the bed. Next time we know to bring extra blankets.

Family fun!

We had a fantastic time in Seagrove Beach! The property was spacious and accommodated our family very nicely. Full size washer and dryer was great to have! Right on the beach. So relaxing!!

Beach front with great balcony

Our unit was very nice and clean. All three bedrooms each had a bathroom so no need to share that space. The balcony was the best part! The complex was less impressive and needs upkeep but other than that it was a great unit on the beach.

Excellent property … Beach front … however owner cheaped out and did not provide beach umbrella or beach chairs on the beach … it was embarrassing for everybody to have carried all our beach stuff that distance (maybe 200 yards) after a locked gate and have to just drop everything on the sand.

Can't beat the view!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay and the best thing about this end unit is the view - inlet to the left and beautiful beach which you can take in from the large deck. The unit was clean and plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen utensils/supplies could use an upgrade, but other than that it was great! We will stay again.

Excellent condo with excellent beach views

CR 404 is a fantastic condo. Plenty of room for the family and an absolutely amazing view of the gulf and eastern lake! Being on the fourth floor gives you such a unique view! The condo is very clean and the shopping carts to load and unload suit cases and groceries was extremely helpful.

Beachfront ocean view…

Clean, comfortable, and stylish….comfortable beds, can vouch for great shower in master bath…good contact with condo representative.. Stepping out on large patio to the view and sounds of the ocean.. the balconies are not as private as I prefer however we were fortunate to have good “neighbors” and the patio for this corner unit is impressive. A few minutes walk to the beach…so close.. most enjoyable.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We have stayed at multiple condos in Commodore's Retreat and this by far was the stand out. Updated interior, outstanding patio and a wall of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There was plenty of room so you could be together or have your own space. The kitchen had most everything you needed except a rubber scraper. We felt at home the minute we walked in and having an end unit gave us great viewing of the sunsets.

FAVORITE

I have found my new favorite place to stay! In fact, as soon as I got home, I booked this home again for a fall vacation. The home is lovely and in a great location. The only drawback is that there is no bathroom upstairs, and the WiFi did not seem high-speed. I plan to return to this location many times in the future. And, thanks for the bible in the upstairs bedroom! :)

Great location & view!

The location is perfect and within walking distance to the Beachy Bean and other restaurants/shops. The view was amazing and the condo was comfy & cozy for our trip. It was great having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo has been updated and the furnishings were comfortable & cute. The upstairs loft area is perfect if you need extra space for kids (or adults) to hangout. We would definitely stay here again. Things to note: --There is only one parking space per unit so if you have more than one car, you will need to find overnight parking for the extra(s). -- I read other reviews stating the beds needed blankets so we brought throw blankets with us. I would suggest the host add a blanket for each bed to be used when the weather is cooler.

Bring your hairdryer

The Unit #404 was very clean and well appointed. The only inconvenience was not having a hair dryer, so be sure to pack. The only hair dryer there only blew cold air. We arrived at 10 pm, and hadn't had time to grocery shop. Condo does not have coffee, coffee filters or salt and pepper. Otherwise, a very relaxing, quiet beautiful condo with forever rooftop views! We all enjoyed our time immensely.

excellent location & amenities

We love this little section by Eastern Lake and have stayed at multiple beachfront properties nearby over the years, and this one is nearly perfect. We had 6 people - 2 adults, our two daughters and they each brought a friend. It got a little tight sharing 2 bathrooms, but the upstairs loft area was amazing as a hangout area. The only issue we had was it's impossible for someone to be watching the upstairs TV while others watch the downstairs TV due to their proximity and noise levels. Just a fair warning if you're envisioning splitting up to watch your own shows in different rooms! The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds super comfortable, and everything was spotless. The balcony is perfection, of course! Excellent communication from the property managers and would recommend to others for sure.

Unit was very nice and spacious. Accommodated our family very well. The beach was covered in chair rentals which pretty much mandated you rent chairs to get a good beach spot. Parking at the unit was easy as we had a place to park other cars. It would be challenging if your group has multiple vehicles. We were also not allowed to enter the unit early at all due to Covid protocol which was described to us as enhanced cleaning. I am skeptical about that as the floors were still pretty dirty. We also found a couple of loose socks that must have been left behind by other renters. There was also a used band aid made up into the bed upstairs. That was a little gross. Otherwise this was a great unit and a vacation that my oldest child was very sad to leave!
