Large Five Bedroom Home near Downtown and Beach

Our home contains 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is of a split wing configuration with bedrooms on both sides and a large eat-in kitchen in the center. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and comes with an en-suite bathroom. Best of all we a short drive to from all points of interest. Whether you fancy restaurants, nightlife or the spending time at the beach staying with us positions you perfectly to do all of those things and more.

This huge home is perfect for large families or a group of friends looking to spend time in beautiful Delray Beach. Our home is equipped with all the creature comforts, huge kitchen with island, large televisions and plenty of seating. There is also a workstation for the business traveler or student in the group. The backyard has a cover patio with a grill and plenty of space.
Our most important feature is our proximity to Atlantic Avenue (5 min drive) which is the life blood of Delray Beach. Atlantic Avenue is the home to several bars and restaurants, and many quant shops and boutiques can also be found. At the end of Atlantic Avenue is the beach with crystal clear water and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Delray Beach.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Delray Beach a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 6 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

We ask that you wear slippers or something similar in the house. No Outside Shoes.

We’re so glad you’re here and hope you have a great stay! To help keep everything running smoothly for you and future guests, here are a few simple house guidelines:

Please take your shoes off at the door to help keep the space clean and comfortable.

Treat the home as you would your own—we’ve worked hard to make it cozy and welcoming.

Smoking isn’t allowed indoors. Feel free to step outside if needed.

Please tidy up after yourself. A broom and mop are available if you need them.

Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to help everyone relax and enjoy a peaceful environment.

Overnight guests should be listed in your reservation. If something changes, just let us know.

No parties or events—we love a good time, but this space is meant for low-key relaxation.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Check-in time is 3:00 PM EST or later. Let us know if you need to request early check-in—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If anything isn’t quite right when you arrive, please let us know within the first hour so we can take care of it quickly.

Make sure all staying guests are included in your reservation. If you need to add someone, just send us a message.

Events or large gatherings aren’t permitted.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

We hope you’ve had a wonderful stay! When it’s time to head out, here’s what we ask:

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Please send us a quick message or post in the app to let us know you've checked out.

Turn off all lights before you leave.

Take out the trash (details below).

Place used towels and bed linens in the second-floor laundry area.

Please wash and put away any dishes or kitchen items you’ve used.
