The host was very welcoming and this was our favorite place we stayed out of all the other 8 during this 27 day "dog vacation!" This brand new home was beautiful and so comfortable . We especially enjoyed the hot tub and Beau our dog loved playing soccer with his basketball in the backyard. We will definitely be returning to stay here in this wonderful VRBO again when our travels lead us back to Las Cruces again. We travel there quite often, so it won't be too terribly long until we book this fine place. We encourage others to stay here in this super neighborhood in this very delightful home.

Great quiet stay

The house wa in a great location and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the house and it wa perfect for our weekend plans. We would definitely stay again.

This is a spacious, 3-bedroom home, in a fairly new subdivision on the west side of town. Clean and well-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room to accommodate the needs of guests staying from out-of-town. Although we didn't have time to use it, the backyard also featured a fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole game. We found this to be a very affordable alternative to staying in a hotel for our group of 5.

Katrina was a fantastic host! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and this was seriously the best!! Beautiful home, great neighborhood, pretty views from a wonderfully-appointed and dog-riendly backyard! Super clean, tasteful decor, and wonderful house layout! Nice for the older dog and her senior parents that this great home was on just one level with no stairs to navigate. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the couch! Loved it here. Great Clean and Comfy Home!

We had a great time staying here for our first visit to Las Cruces. The view from the backyard and the driveway are awesome! Great location easy to get to all of the things we wanted to do and see. The house was super clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The property was in a great. Neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. A very large living area, nice furniture. Beautiful views of the mountains from the backyard and a great hot tub. Great place to stay, if we are ever in las cruces i will differently try to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful home!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this home. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming and tastefully decorated. This place is probably the best property our group has ever stayed at through VRBO. The home is relatively new and in excellent condition. The only thing we could think of that would've made it better would be a swimming pool. We experienced zero issues. The residence was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The expectations from the home owner were clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Very Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our visit. The house was fully equipped in a relatively new development. Katrina was helpful with any answers. We would definitely visit again. The house is located on the NW side of Las Cruces. Over the stone wall that encloses the backyard is a bike path that accesses the path along the Rio Grande. Beyond that are fields and pecan trees.

Perfect "Stay"cation

On paper this property looked perfect for our visit and in person it was even better! There was more than enough space for all of us and a lovely yard for our dog - not to mention some free treats for her. We were especially grateful for the pantry items, as we arrived late and hungry and were ecstatic to not have to leave to find dinner in the middle of the night. I was impressed with all of the kitchen utensils and dishes available to us. We spent time in the lovely hot tub and I was happy to have the office for when I needed to (unfortunately) step away to do some work. We were so sad to have to leave and we highly recommend to anyone!

The house is even better than it is represented online! It manages to be both spacious and cozy all at once. Everything was immaculately clean, and the binder with suggested activities was super helpful. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is lovely.

This house was perfect for our trip to see out son. We stayed at the house and played cornhole, watched football, and sat in the hottub. The house is immaculately clean and the host responded quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend staying at the home and i will definitely book again in the future.

We strive to offer each and every guest an exceptionally clean and comfortable stay that is accentuated with an outdoor space that is sure to offer fun and relaxation with amazing views! Additionally the beautiful Outfall Channel Multi-purpose Trail path is located behind our home, spanning over 5 miles (paved) through urban and agricultural settings is a great place to explore!
