Take some time to relax and reconnect with nature at this charming three-story home in the mountains! This splendid retreat is ideal for large families and groups looking for a tranquil escape from daily life. You are located in Choctaw Village in Big Canoe, a gated community one hour north of Atlanta GA. The home is close to golf, fantastic hiking trails, and the beautiful clubhouse.

Golfers will enjoy the three 9-hole courses, Choctaw, Cherokee, and Creek which have striking mountain peaks, rushing streams, and lush valleys. Tennis and pickleball players will be happy with one of the finest racquet clubs in the north Georgia mountains. There are eight outdoor tennis courts, two indoor, and four outdoor dedicated pickleball courts.

Big Canoe is also home to three pristine lakes. On Lake Petit you can rent a pontoon boat at the marina or fish to your heart’s content. Lake Disharoon is a children’s paradise with a pool, beach, rockslide, and inflatables during the summer months. The picturesque rustic clubhouse, where you can enjoy a bite to eat or a cool drink, beautifully overlooks Lake Sconti.

Upon entering this marvelous retreat hidden in the forest, you will be welcomed by a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and gorgeous decor throughout. Gather around the beautiful rock gas fireplace and create everlasting memories with your loved ones - watch fun shows on the TV, play board games, and plan your next adventures! When mealtime comes around, whip up delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which has all the essentials as well as a Keurig coffee maker. This level enjoys a deck with tree-lined views, a convenient outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - the perfect spot for barbecues. You can also find the main suite on this level, which boasts an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower and a secluded screened porch with new tiles, a gas fireplace, and majestic views.

The lower level hides a family room with a TV, plenty of inviting seating, and a dartboard. If you are looking for indoor entertainment, this is the place for you! This level also enjoys two bedrooms and a spacious deck with a swing. The bunk bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with bunk beds and a teepee. The upper level features a secluded desk and a fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Guests must pay to use the golf facility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
