Charming 3-bedroom house with fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood Dog Friendly

You’re home away from home in a quiet neighborhood with 3 lovely bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double bed. This charming home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen and bathroom are both fully appointed with everything you can imagine. The bedrooms have upgraded linens and bedding for a peaceful relaxing stay. We have a fully fenced yard with a firepit and adirondack chairs. The outdoor patio had a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining, and seating with cushions under pretty string lights for a peaceful outdoor evening. The yard is perfect for your dog to have some room to run. We provide doggie bags to make sure the yard stays nice for all of our furry friends. The basement has a full laundry room with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board. Each room has cozy pillows and extra soft blankets to cuddle up and relax. There are also 2 large Smart televisions with WIFI. Upstairs there is a nice size desk if you need to work

The accommodations were top notch - we had everything we needed to feel at home for the two weeks we were there. The home was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The fenced yard was terrific for our dog, and the neighborhood was very pleasant and perfect for walking. The location is close to shopping and restaurants if needed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this home if you are planning to visit the Dayton area.

Fantastic Stay!

The house was very clean and orderly. The backyard was so amazing. The neighborhood is walkable and has a little park not far away. We were very comfortable in the front bedroom with the queen bed. The upstairs desk space was perfect for my work meetings. Would absolutely stay again.

Cozy home away from home

We traveled from Virginia to visit with my grandmother. We chose this home for the location and neighborhood. It was the perfect place to gather and enjoy family time and share a family meal. We enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for our little dog too. The home was perfectly located to stores and a wide variety of eateries. We look forward to booking a stay here again!

I love this house so much! It is so cute and it has everything you might need. The basement downstairs would be perfect for like a rambunctious child. It was cold and snowy when we went so I would take her down in the basement with my phone and play some songs and she would just have a dance party in front of their mirrors lol. The backyard is a huge plus. Don't forget to go to Dorothy Lane market nearby and have some of their killer brownies.! I grew up in Oakwood so it was nice to go back. Would definitely book again.

We are a husband and wife team, Our three sons are grown and out of the house. We both work full time and love making gorgeous homes for people to stay when visiting Dayton. We love hosting people from all over the country and enjoy hearing about what brings you to Dayton Ohio.

We love this neighborhood. You can go all day and only see a few cars pass our little home. We have very kind quiet neighbors. You can sit outside and enjoy an evening by the firepit or dine outdoors under the lights. We also chose this area for the proximity to the University of Dayton. We have so many families that are dropping or visiting their child at UD. We are also very close to Miami Valley Hospital and Kettering medical center. We are also so close to so many shops and restaurants in Oakwood. You must visit Dorothy Lane market. Just 1 mi. from the house. DLM is one of the best grocery stores in the US.
