This 2-bed, 2-bath condo offers a blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. This well-maintained retreat features covered parking. Inside, discover a fully stocked kitchen - ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The master suite boasts a spacious walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom includes a relaxing tub. Enjoy the cozy, private side yard with a covered patio and a delightful front porch swing.
Free Golf Cart Rental with 3-Night or more stay. EXCLUDES JUNE & JULY

Seascape Resort is a Gulf Front Community. This unit is approximately 500 yards to the soft, sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With beach access, you'll be soaking up the sun and listening to the waves in no time. Other on-site amenities include multiple community pools, tennis courts, and a golf course for your pleasure.

No Smoking.

No Pets on the Furniture. Must pay pet fee to bring pets.

Refer to rental agreement and house rules for additional rules.

🐾 We allow pets: $300 per stay. House-trained pets only. Max of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Owners must clean up pet waste.

Must be 21 years or older to book, and must be staying at the property the duration of the reservation.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Perfect location! 2 minutes to the beach. Great accommodations! Golf cart is a must. One of the best areas we've vacationed at in a long time!

Comfortable beds and sheets. Great outside courtyard for dogs. Clean updated bathrooms. Golf cart delivered washed and charged as soon as we arrived and excellent instructions on how to operate it. Would stay here again for sure

Awesome Condo!

Love staying at Seascape Resort. We have stayed at this resort numerous times. This was our first time renting this unit and it was fantastic. Had everything we needed! Golf cart was a major plus especially with a toddler. Great location, easy access to beach, great restaurants, etc. Having the patio area for our dogs was also super convenient. We will def rent this unit again!

2025 Beach Vacation

The cottage was the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in. One of the toilets didn't work. I contacted them and the property owner came over and talked to us in person and had some one come fix it right away. This is where we will stayed from now on when we are vacationing.

February in Seascape Tennis Village

Our month long stay at the Seascape Villa was wonderful! The property mgr - Lacey, was very responsive to our texts and calls and took care of everything that we found amiss on arrival. Thank you Lacey!!! -- We had a golf cart at our disposal, the beach is a short 5 minute walk, we enjoyed the Seascape resort and the close proximity to everything we needed.
