This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideally located near the beach, pool, and pickleball courts. Inside, vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create a bright, open atmosphere. The living area features a plush sleeper sofa and a large TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. We had a wonderful time in a clean, bright and airy condo! Checking was so easy as was checkout. The golf cart was a huge hit with the grandchildren!

Everything was perfect except we had trouble charging the golf cart and we were unable to get any help charging. That kinda threw a wrench in our last 4 days since we drove there in a 15 passenger van and didn’t want to drive that everywhere.

Exactly as photos, neat; clean; not cluttered which is appreciated; stocked kitchen with all essentials for cooking ; quality dishes and pans; cutlery. Fabulous location to pool and beach !! We didn’t have a rental car and were able to walk everywhere needed. Used golf cart to get groceries. Perfect vacation.

Only plus I have is how clean it was. The rest of the experience was terrible, daily calls with maintenance.This unit came with a golf cart, once we arrived it was no were to be found. They tried to make me pay a 500 deposit that was not stated previously. Once I got access to the cart it only had 3 bars of battery. Charged it over night and it didnt charge. Also the charger station was 5 building down cause the one directly in front of the building had locks on them. This left us stranded as we expected to use that to get food. We called and they couldn't fix it and had me personally find another rental for a different cart. 800 in addition to the rental. I got the new cart on the 3rd day and by that afternoon the condo company wanted me to return it so they "would stop bleeding money". They "fixed " the cart. They infact didnt and we only had it for the charge it had. So by our 5th day we were again out of a cart. (I received my money back for the additional golf cart rental 241.76 a one day rental). They stated for my inconvenience the would reimburse me 250 out of 1344 because they already gave me the money for the cart. Im pissed my kids got to go to the beach 2 times in 5 days. And strangers took us to the grocery so we could eat. Worst birthday for my son EVER. Also the sliding doors locks were broken and the solution was a curtain rod. Also grounds keepers came on our patio with out announcing themselves amd scared my mother in law. So they could dust.

We’re glad to hear the condo was clean upon arrival, but we’re very sorry that the issues with the golf cart affected your family’s stay, especially during your son’s birthday trip. Unfortunately, the golf cart experienced a charging issue during your stay. When we were unable to get the issue resolved right away, our team worked with you on an alternate rental and reimbursed the cost of that replacement cart. When the original cart was believed to be repaired, it unfortunately did not perform as expected, which we understand added even more frustration to an already disappointing situation. In addition to covering the replacement cart rental, we also offered an additional $250 refund for the inconvenience. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sliding door lock and the unexpected groundskeeping visit. Those concerns have been shared with our team so we can address them and improve the experience for future guests. We know that refunds cannot give your family back the time and experiences you had planned for this vacation. We’re truly sorry that the golf cart problems had such a significant impact on your stay and that your experience did not meet the standard we want our guests to have. - RealJoy Destin

First off let me say that my husband and I ran our own vacation rental on the ocean in Daytona Beach Shores for 12 years. We rented 300 nights a year and had five stars with hundreds of reviews. So I’m going to be as honest and helpful as I can. The place is quite nice and clean. The golf cart is a very nice perk. The owner was very communicative and seemed nice. We had a few hiccups during our stay- one my fault, one the owners fault and one the complex’s with charging the golf cart. The only issue we had was with the supplies. They have a bunch of extra pillows but no pillow cases for them. There was only one kitchen towel. So when one of us spilled a drink and used it, we had no other towel so I had to wash it and dry it for a four night stay. When I asked the owner about where to find the pillow cases I must say I did get a very strange response to that. Not to have extra bedding or towels available was just crazy to us. The other couple staying with us travel all over the world and we’re also so baffled by this. I am only writing this so that you bring your own extra pillow cases and towels if you might need them. I would not stop this from renting this place at all because it was very nice, I just think that the owners are new to running a vacation rental. So I am hoping they will take this as constructive criticism. We appreciate them allowing us to rent from them.
