Explore the beauty and nature of the local area because you are very close to Rick Seltzer Park and St. Andrew's State Park where you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You're sure to see many dolphins along the way. There are several options nearby for the golfers, including Bay Point, Signal Hill or Holiday. Dining options abound in this area, as well as Duplin Winery which opened in 2023 with tasting rooms and gifts. There is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road.

You have access to the complex pool and direct/coded and private beach access! There is also ample parking with a car pass included in your welcome packet.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit or on the premises. Violators will be charged $500 upon leaving the unit if there is any indication or reports of smoking.
