Welcome to Legacy Bluff at Nolin Lake, your 2500 square foot luxury retreat perched atop a scenic bluff with a view of Nolin Lake. Our modern lake home offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for couples seeking tranquility, family getaways, and holiday gatherings.

Inside Legacy Bluff, you'll find four spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable King bed. The fifth bonus bedroom provides a perfect hang-out space, including a futon for kids and teens. One of the bedrooms features a twin-over-king bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, maximizing sleeping accommodations for children. Three full bathrooms, including the master bath, ensure convenience for all guests.

Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen is designed for culinary enthusiasts, featuring ample counter space, a large kitchen island for food prep and buffet-style serving. The kitchen opens to a spacious back deck entertainment area, complete with comfortable outdoor living space, a dining area, and a gas grill. Featuring an outdoor fire pit and a cozy hot tub.

Experience the quiet serenity of our gated lake community, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and end it with a relaxing evening beverage, taking in breathtaking sunsets and gazing at the beautiful night sky.

We are just 20 minutes away from the city center of Leitchfield, where you can find a variety of local restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream shops, groceries, gas, and entertainment.

For outdoor enthusiasts, we are 45 minutes away from Mammoth Cave National Park, with hiking trails and kayak launches even closer. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate being five minutes from Moutardier Marina, offering boat ramp access and boat slip rentals. Off-road adventurers can take advantage of our ample parking space for ATVs and side-by-sides, perfect for exploring the nearby Blue Holler Off-Road Park.

Within a 45-minute drive from the house, explore attractions like Mammoth Valley Park, featuring a scenic mountain chair lift, alpine slide, go-carts, and the state’s longest twin zip-line. A sparkling clean interior and a beautifully decorated home welcomed us as we stepped into this roomy house. The kitchen has anything even an experienced cook might use. A grill is available on the deck to prepare meals outside if preferred. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are clean and very comfortable. Tv's and free WIFI are provided. The lawn game Cornhole, and pickle ball equipment provided great fun even for the novices in our group. After the games, as the sun went down, we paused on the back deck to watch fireflies blinking in the grass and trees.Mammoth Cave National Park, the longest cave system in the world, is only minutes away from the property. The cave is awe inspiring and after a long tour it was a pleasure to return to this comfortable home, grill steaks and relax as we reviewed the day.A restful, stress free atmosphere, and an awesome cave experience was exactly what we were hoping for when we arrived. Spending our time in this beautiful home met all our expectations.

Great family get away

This house was perfect for our family get away. My family and my brother’s family had a wonderful time. Perfect amount of space for the two families, the beds were so comfy, kitchen stocked with every possible dish or accessory needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and roasting s’mores. It was a great home base for our adventures in the area. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Legacy Bluffs.

This property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette weekend! Laura and Nick were so kind and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, and had plenty of space for our extended family! The porches were covered and had great patio furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a nice perk! Laura was responsive and helped us anytime we needed it! 10/10 would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

A beautiful place to stay. The rooms were spacious, and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The outdoor space was amazing as well. The host left specific instructions, which made things easy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very enjoyable time! Driving up to the cabin we were so pleased with what we seen. Entering the home we were met with cleanliness and space! Kitchen is very well stocked. Items like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper ante all provided! The back porch was our favorite to sit and enjoy. The fans out there keep it very comfortable. Our kids loved the hot tub. We went to mammoth caves and horseback riding- a quick beautiful 45 minute ride. We also enjoy a day on a boat on Nolin Lake! Our only wish was that we had some sort of swimming access to nolin lake! The kids and adults would have loved that on our very hot stay. If we came to Kentucky again, we would stay here for sure!

We had a perfect stay. The house I brand new, spotless and extremely well stocked. They have thought of everything in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread. We really enjoyed the location of the house tucked away in a private community.

We had a great stay at this house! It’s clean, beautiful, and perfect. Our kids brought their significant others so we had 4 couples and everyone had their own space. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub every night and the fire pit. It’s off the beaten path, so we got to spend a lot of time together when we weren’t doing a day trip activity. We did two cave tours, horseback riding, kayaking, distillery tour and more. We brought tons of food and prepared and ate many meals in, but also ate out. We had every amenity we needed. A great place to stay for a family!

Perfect spot for a cozy getaway

This beautifully decorated lake house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. We particularly loved the large, open kitchen where everyone can gather. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you need to make meals. It even has a dual coffee maker for brewing a full pot of coffee or a single cup. The hosts thought of everything! From the cozy fireplace to the massive deck overlooking the lake to the softest bed sheets, this is the perfect spot to escape for rest, relaxation and fun. We will definitely be back!

The perfect place

The house is amazing, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Bed were big and comfortable. All the rooms were great. There were extra propane tanks there incase you ran out. Laura and Nick were amazing host and responded right away with any questions I had. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great home to rent

The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had every possible plate, dish, cookie sheet and pots/pans you can imagine! They had a nice hand written note and a bottle of wine. The decor was beautiful and all the appliances were high end. The communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

This House is a 10!!

This house is a 10! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. First it is CLEAN – spotless. Next it is fully equipped with anything that you need to cook, play games, enjoy the outdoors, rest and relax. And finally, the owners are responsive to any needs you have to make sure your stay is great. It is hard to pick out the BEST things about this house because there are so many great things. The outdoor space has plenty of seating and gathering areas. Those spaces are large, well lit and have fans. The kitchen is well equipped. It is actually hard to describe how much is there for you to cook a feast. The kitchen is a joy to cook in! And finally the bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space with luggage racks. The subdivision is far from the main road. There is a private gated path that leads to the home. There are great views of the lake from the porch. This area is growing and all the homes are very nice. I highly recommend this home for your family to enjoy.

Family Vacation

This house fit our family perfectly. I love to cook so the kitchen was a dream. We ate all our meals at the house. Because the house is new, the backyard was not finished. So the view and the ability for the kids to play was limited. But that did not stop them.

Gracious and Accommodating

This property is beautifully maintained and handsomely stocked. The kitchen was packed with all the essentials and more. The hosts provided a lovely welcome note with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The home has so many extras (gas and wood fire pits, hot tub, grill, fast WiFi, spices, coffee, luxury linens, etc.). The hosts were proactive with their correspondence and assistance. This property is what vacation living is all about,
