It is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The condo complex features private beach access, a 14`x20' pool with 9' depth and a 10`x10` kiddie pool with 2' depth, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
