The space
Spacious sunny duplex with stunning views of entire SF Bay Area overlooking north Berkeley and in close proximity to Tilden Park. Newly renovated and tastefully appointed one bedroom unit with small secondary room which can be used as an office or bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests, large deck and balcony, fireplace and wet bar. Quiet and secure neighborhood.

Bamboo floors throughout, travertine bath, modern kitchen with natural limestone tile flooring. With stunning views of the entire San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge from every room and southwest exposure, there is ample sunlight all around.

The spacious bedroom downstairs opens onto a private deck that provides even more extensive views which include the north and south bay! This apartment is comfortably furnished with ample room to stretch out and relax

Located on the crest of the hills above Berkeley’s famous ‘Gourmet Ghetto’, Live Oak Park, The Rose Garden. Within easy walking distance to Tilden Park Park which boasts a beautiful Merry-Go-Round, Botanical Garden, Steam Train, Animal Farm, and an 18-hole Golf Course. The surrounding area also has access to a network of countless neighborhood paths that beg to be walked. Access to public transportation is one block away, and it is a very short ride down to shops and amenities.

Guests will have a separate entrance with plenty of private parking area provided.
