About this space
Cozy, clean and all new floors
Built in 1900, 3 (can be 4) bedroom home, with big kitchen in fun-filled Greenwood Lake!
Close to:
-hiking (1 block from AT)
-walk to the lake and beach for fishing/paddle-boarding/boating
-4th of July fireworks
-boarding/skiing mountain (5 minutes away)
- Sleeps 9 MAX. (Please contact host to discuss prior to booking & add all children/infants on guest list).
-DOGS ALLOWED (ADDITIONAL FEE)

The space
Come and stay at our cozy 3 bedroom home in the heart of the Village of Greenwood Lake. We are located in a quiet cul de sac off the main street in Greenwood Lake, with a fenced in yard and veggie garden.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one comfortable family room downstairs- easily convertible to a 'master bedroom' with a sofa-bed and private bathroom. The house comfortably sleeps 6, with an additional trundle bed to make room for several more little people- please contact host if you would like to have more than 6 people and please include all infants and children in the number of guests. There is a pack 'n play and a co-sleeper available for the youngest family members. The yard is fenced in so little ones and dogs are safe. Just be careful to keep the hot tub covered when unsupervised or not in use.
Wake up in the morning and stroll over for a morning coffee at the local café or diner. Or begin your morning relaxing on the deck - the hot tub is right there. The large deck right off of the kitchen is perfect for barbecues! There is a brand new gas grill and a fire pit. Check through our small garden in the summer and see what is ripe for picking. Or, just relax in one of the hammocks.

In the winter, Mount Peter less than 5 minutes away with skiing and snowboarding rentals.
