Inside, bright and airy living quarters come lined with marble finishes and high ceilings. Tune into your favorite shows on the living room's Smart TV, or prepare your favorite treats in the full kitchen. As you utilize the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops, continue to enjoy unforgettable views.

With four bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will be impressed with their sleeping quarters. The rooms offer TVs, soft linens, and effortless bathroom access. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a basketball hoop, and internet.

As the sun begins to set over the water, head for one of the wrap-around balconies.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests may request to reserve use of the 50' dock (maximum boat length: 32') for a monthly fee, which will be determined at the time of booking. Please note that dock access is not available without a prior reservation. For availability, pricing details, or to make a reservation, please contact Vacasa directly.
Additionally, the pool can be heated upon request for an added fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera in the front yard, over the patio, there is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and the hallway of the building

Dock details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
