Great Stay, Amazing views

Wife and I went and planned on doing some activities in the area, however the views and property were so peaceful we spent most of the trip relaxing and taking in the mountain views. Can't beat fresh eggs from the hens on the property, and a fire at night to star gaze from.

Beautiful mountain getaway

The first thing that impressed us about the property is the beautiful view from all sides. Its location was perfect for access to Boone and Appalachian ski mountain. The property owners were awesome and very helpful with questions that we had during our stay. It was a perfect vacation for my wife and I and our two teenage boys.

Lovely space with a beautiful view

My family of 4 enjoyed our week long stay here. The view is amazing and the space was cozy. The heater worked great, beds were comfy and it had all the kitchen appliances and utensils that we needed. It is 10 minutes from anything you might need, and it was only 20 minutes to Appalachian Ski Mtn where we spent most of our days. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in the West Wing

My wife and I spent a get-away weekend together in the West Wing, and the accommodations were wonderful. Clean, bright and cheerful. We enjoyed tremendously the quiet, peace and natural beauty of the property. We recommend it highly.

Fabulous!

We have stayed in both of the Kilkelly's cabins and have had a wonderful stay both times! They are the "BEST" hosts you could ask for. Always going the extra mile to make our stay great! All of our questions are answered immediately! We will continue to book their cabins! Could't ask for better accomodations and hosts!

Breathtaking!

If you stay here - This will be your home away from home! The Kilkelly's literally want to make you feel like you are home! They have not missed anything! Beautiful home, breathtaking view and amazing people! We enjoyed our little getaway before my daughters go back to college. We were sad to leave, and you will be, too! We are already planning our return trip!

Great stay for our special day!

My wife and I booked the west wing for our wedding ceremony and to stay for a couple of days after our wedding. This place was exceptional! Gary and Joanie are the sweetest couple and so accommodating! We arrived to fresh eggs from their chickens and a sweet note with an aloe plant as a gift for our wedding. The grounds and view were exceptional and were the perfect back drop for our special day.They made sure we had all we needed for our ceremony. I absolutely recommend and will be returning for our anniversaries!

Own Little World

This is a place for those who want to get away from it all. Looking out the main window, you don't know whether to watch the birds and critters in the foreground or gaze at the mountains beyond. The Kilkellys are welcoming hosts, yet The West Wing feels totally separate from the main house. Walking the grounds is a treat. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
