Gather with the people you love the most on the first living room's oversized leather sofa. When extra warmth is needed, turn on the gas fireplace. When you'd prefer to tune into your favorite TV show or movie, the second living room has a smart TV to use with your log-in credentials and more comfortable seating. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen and formal dining area make mealtime a breeze.

Equally inviting, the bedrooms offer soft linens and tasteful decorations. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub.

The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning. Additional perks include WiFI and a gas grill (no washer/dryer).

While you're out and about, be sure to visit Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, and Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. If you're playing outside in the water or on the slopes, remember to utilize the home's five provided tubes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
