This gorgeous Key Colony Beach canal front duplex is the perfect home base for you to explore the beauty of the Florida Keys. With the warm and sunny Caribbean climate, it’s the perfect time to visit any day of the year.
This vacation house has a large and open1600 square foot floorplan. Located on a wide canal with quick and easy access to the Atlantic side and bay side through the Vaca cut.
The Tike bar has an outdoor kitchen (propane grill, Traeger smoker, 2 gas burners, refrigerator and wine cooler), large extended patio deck, and long dock. It's the perfect place to enjoy coffee/breakfast, or toast the beautiful sunset with a cold cocktail. The dock is 37.5 feet long with a large fish cleaning table.
The home itself has been recently updated and contains upscale living throughout. The bedrooms all have large flatscreen TV's and all rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen has granite surfaces and stainless-steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, cookware, and fully stocked with every item to prepare your meals. Relax in the large master bedroom with one king size bed and large ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed as well, and third bedroom offers a double bed with a pull-out twin trundle and office space. The family room couch has a queen-sized pull-out sleeper. There is a large 2nd bathroom located in the hall with tub/shower. Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer.
Linens are provided for all beds as well as bath/beach towels.

There is water and electric at the 37.5' dock and a fish cleaning table to clean your fresh catch of the day. The back patio has a 6-person dining table and also 4 seats at the Tiki Bar. The property also has a garage for storage and includes a large bait freezer, two bikes for cruising the island and 4 beach chairs.
Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Key Colony Beach is centrally located for the main attractions of the Keys region. Water sports are king here, and if you like fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating, sandbar trips, or just lounging at the pool or beach, this is the right place for you!
Pickle ball and tennis courts, a par three golf course, bocce ball courts, and children's playgrounds are all within an easy stroll.
Your vacation rental includes a membership at the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club, which is a short walk or bike ride away. The Cabana Club has a full-size pool, sandy beach and a bar & grill.
Within a few more steps, Sunset Park is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers to relax and listen to the music and celebrate the sunset.
