A Shore Escape - new to rental market!
New home built in Oct 2021! On a quiet, residential street, never worry about being surrounded by party-goers. The streets safe for bike riding and walking, far enough away from the center of town, but close enough to be a 10-min drive to the conveniences. Drive (2-3 min) or walk (10-15min) to the quietest part of the beach where you can see both the splendid sunrises and the stunning sunsets. The home is stocked with all basic amenities down to the bath towels, bed linens, cleaning supplies, paper products and even condiments in the refrigerator. Open, spacious floor plan, cozy living area, and quaint bedrooms for your time away from the beach. Puzzles, books, games, wi-fi, and TV's in every bedroom for your entertainment. Even a cute little "leave a book, take a book" box on the walk to the beach.
Bedroom 1, the master, includes a King bed and double vanity, with a double head shower larger than you can imagine!
Bedroom 2, with a Queen bed includes a dresser to unpack all those clothes and feel like you actually live there rather than living out of a suitcase.
Bedroom 3, with 2 double beds allows for those who like to share a room sleep-over style.
Bathrooms: both contain towels, basic soaps/shampoos and select toiletries in case you forget what you need, or simply to lighten your load when packing. The master includes a HUGE shower with two shower heads!
The front porch and the back screened-in porch make for great conversation, book reading, enjoying cocktails or just winding down.
Below the house, aside from plenty of parking, there is a gas grill, a Blackstone flat top griddle, and an electric smoker available for responsible use. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off all that extra beach sand.
Paid parking is required at all beach lots. For details, go to oakislandnc.gov

Hello! We are from outside Richmond, Virginia and are opening up our second home to you! We have enjoyed many wonderful days and evenings on this great beach and would love to share.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love how quiet this neighborhood is and allows kids to play safely outdoors. There are plenty of people walking and jogging for exercise, or enjoying leisurely bike rides. With the Fire Department just two blocks over, the retired Oak Island police officer just next door, safety is optimal. Located just three blocks from the main access road to the beach, this location can't be beat.

The main living area is spacious and centered between the master bed/bath on one side of the home and the other two rooms on the other side of the home. The front an back porches in addition to multiple sitting options in the home make for comfort whether you want to be social or have some alone time.
