Bonita Springs Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The property had everything we needed for a nice beach getaway. The area and the beach was very enjoyable. My wife loved walking the beach and collecting shells. Definitely would consider returning.

Great Stay

Just as advertised. Host was great to work with, views are amazing, easy access to the beach. Construction was minimal, but as stated not all the amenities are open. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent stay, highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The hosts were great about promptly answering my many questions before I booked. The unit was very clean and well stocked with literally everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, cooler and more. There was construction as stated in the listing but it didn't take away from our stay at all. Just some equipment in the parking lot, but with the amazing view from our lanai we didn't even notice it. The beach is a very short walk away. There is a crosswalk so don't work about the street. If you're on the fence just pick this one, it's excellent!

Perfect spot for anniversary trip

Knowing that the property was going to be under construction, we had a wonderful time. There was some noise during the day, but it was easily ignorable as we looked over the ocean from the lanai, which was just perfect. Great spot to watch the sunset. Two restaurants within walking distance, and easily walked to the beach everyday with the supplied beach chairs/towels/beach bag/cooler that the owner had available. The room was the perfect size for my wife and I and we really appreciated that everything was labeled to easily understand how things worked. Check in and out was a breeze, possibly the easiest we have experienced with VRBO. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend.

First off, I want to thank Mike for letting us stay in his MAGNIFICENT HOME. You will not find a better host. In Bonita Spring. Very very easy to work with, and always available and happy to answer questions. Thank you Mike! Where do I start. Visited this condo for the labor day weekend. Just my husband & I for a little romantic getaway. The place was spectacular & the view breathtaking. We recommend this place to anyone & we definitely will be back . ;-)

Great location

We stayed for 3 nights and regretted not staying longer. It was a great location to many sights. The only bad thing was the work being done on the building and the shower repair. We would still like to return when everything is done.

Birthday Trip

The property was exactly as described and the host was super helpful/responsive. The unit was clean and there were helpful labels/notes posted throughout to help with things like which light switches worked what, how to use the keyless entry, checkout instructions, WiFi info, etc. The views were spectacular and it was the perfect spot to spend my birthday. The location is excellent as well as you are steps away from Barefoot beach and Doc's beach house. Would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent studio in an excellent location!

Access was easy! Studio was clean and well equipped. Great bed, and when the curtains and blinds were closed, and the room divider was pulled (and some appliance lights were covered), it was dark and good sleeping at night! It was nice and quiet if the slider was closed. Wonderful walking access to the beach, and a 10 min drive to barefoot beach or lovers key. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway by the Beach

Beautiful Sunsets

Perfect location, a short walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beach. Enjoyed sunsets every night. The Unit is very well equipped with everything you need for a couples get away!

Beautiful Condo together with beautiful view of the beach directly across from Doc’s restaurant.

This is the best equipped Condo we have every stayed in as far as kitchen, bathroom supplies and everything you need for the beach! Great location & view of the beach. Doc’s is directly across the street. Great vacation, couldn’t be happier with our choice and I forgot, the owners gifted us with a bottle of wine!

Thank you VERY MUCH for this GREAT review, Jeff...We try our best to insure the outcome you experienced is the same for all Guests in all six (6) of our Gulf View Suites at the Beach & Tennis Club Resort in Bonita Springs... I call Diane "The Queen Of Clean"!! She always insures our Suites can pass a "White Glove" inspection, are fully stocked with supplies & reviews like this are a testament to that high level of detail!!!...Thanks again...Mike & Diane~!

sehr gut ausgestattete wohnung

In der wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wie zuhause. Die lage der wohnung ist optimal um zu fuss zum schönen beach zu gehen. Stühle und sonnenschirm sind in der wohnung vorhanden. Als empfang stand eine gute flasche wein bereit. Wir schätzten diese geste sehr. Das apartement können wir bestens weiterempfehlen.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION FROM OUR WONDERFUL GUEST FROM GERMANY!!! In the flat we immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is optimal on foot to go to the beautiful beach. Chairs and parasol are available in the apartment. As reception was a good bottle wine ready. We appreciated this gesture very. The apartment we can highly recommend.

Truly an amazing experience

This summarizes the type of hosts Mike and Diane are: after a rather stressful flight, we were greeted with a bottle of Spanish Crianza 2009 and a lovely note welcoming us to their property. Some will say it's the small things that make ordinary things wonderful, and I have to agree. Their attention to detail, décor, and cleanliness, is second to none! Everything from the comfortable mattress, to the various small accoutrements like beach chairs and towels, are provided for your enjoyment. It was an incredible, albeit short, vacation and it would not have been possible if not for the amazing time we had at Half-Way to Heaven.
