Thank you, Wendy. We appreciate your feedback. We did list in our amenities section of the property description that we do not have WiFi. We are sorry if that wasn't more clear in the way things are laid out on Vrbo descriptions. We have also been working with TV providers, as we mentioned in our welcome book, to try to get something working in our neighborhood. We were able to finally get DISH network up and running, unfortunately after your stay. It has been a challenge on our property because it is tucked in a wooded area. We have also gone through all of our DVDs to see if any of them needed to be removed, and we have removed any that had scratches. There is a bigger selection available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but being in the northwoods in such a heavily wooded area provides challenges, and we are trying our best to improve without having to up our prices . We've had discussions with many neighbors, and Wifi is outrageously priced, and not that great. We are a new at rentals, so we are striving to make our place a comfortable and affordable space for our guests. We thank you again for your feedback, and we are sorry your stay was not a five star.
