Casi frente al mar con excelentes vistas al mar desde este amplio porche envolvente. A solo un lote de la playa, esta casa unifamiliar de 5 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños fue diseñada por un arquitecto asociado de Frank Lloyd Wright y presenta una construcción de madera única en la playa. La casa Cardwell está ubicada en el tranquilo extremo norte de Wrightsville Beach en una calle privada sin estacionamiento público. ¡Te sentirás como si tuvieras la playa para ti solo!

El nivel principal tiene un gran salón-comedor con techo de catedral y un diseño de vidrio completo para permitir que entre mucha luz natural y exhibir las pintorescas vistas. La cocina y los baños se han actualizado ligeramente y se han agregado nuevas lámparas, pintura fresca, obras de arte actualizadas, cortinas nuevas y alfombras en toda la propiedad. Justo al lado de la cocina hay un pequeño dormitorio, medio baño y lavandería. El dormitorio principal con baño completo y la habitación de invitados con baño también se encuentran en este nivel. Una escalera de caracol conduce al piso superior donde se encuentran los 3 dormitorios adicionales y otro baño completo. Dos habitaciones dan a la sala de estar a continuación y se accede a la habitación del tercer piso superior a través de la habitación de invitados queen, ideal para familias con niños pequeños.

El sistema HVAC se ha limpiado, ajustado y sellado para la temporada de alquiler de 2019. Las actualizaciones de este sistema casi se han duplicado y aumentado significativamente la eficiencia de enfriamiento. Un montón de aparcamiento. Fuera de la ducha. Ocupación: 11. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. There's a bunk bed and 1/2 bath in the mud room which lets it act as a 6th bedroom.

Peaceful, private, pleasant

Great for families, had lovely bike trips to local eateries; the ocean/beach here is simplu spectacular, can't be beat!! The spiral staircase is a bit steep for toddlers, but first floor bedrooms were dandy, walkouts abound.

This is our familes favorite- this hear was our 4th time at the beach house. You can't beat the location on the quiet end of the beach- lots if privacy. The deck and views are amazing . They updated the house and it really now has thae beach cottage feel . The kitchen is huge -We are already booked for next year !

Upstairs bedroom TV did not work. The grill was so filthy it would get hotter than 300 degrees. I had spoken to Morgan on Aug 10th to make sure the grill had propane which it did. As a result, the grill was useless. We ended up cooking my birthday meal on the stove:((( Broken window blinds upstairs.

Excellent Location

The house is a bit dated but is a perfect beach cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough bedrooms for our group. Property manager communicated very well. I'm giving it a 4-star overall because it does need a little tender loving care. Stove did not work well and some of the furniture seemed to be falling apart.

Vacation was much fun and the beach was beautiful. Air unit was an issue not cooling the place, Bryant responded quickly however. In the end we would use Bryant again but not stay at this location.

Great Loacation

Reviewer Comments: We have rented Cardwell in the past and the view and location to the beach never disappoint.Unfortunately the mechanics in the house did.There has always been an issue with the air in the home-especially upstairs, but this year it stopped completely . The temo in the house went uo to 89. Maintenace was called and di come timely and did what they could and retuned to see if they could do more. The house cooled to 80. There is never any air really circulating frim the vents - the vents are cold-but no forced air coming out. The nights even before the air went were warm and uncomfortable.I did submit a complaint and di not hear back.SO- great view- beach access....but be ready for warm nights inside. They definitely need to update the entire air unit. It is a lot to spend and be uncomfortable-I can't recommend to friends until the air is fixed

The kitchen is updated with anything you need.The deocorating and furnishings are relaxed cottage style. The view and deck are worth every penny! Wrap around deck offers shade and a great breeze anytime of day. The ocean view is beautiful. Short walk to the beach on a path. The beach is your own-very private and quiet, but a short walk will get you to the pier and and actiivy. Will rent this house again!
