Disfrute de unas vacaciones especiales en Wrightsville Beach. Se trata de una excepcional casa unifamiliar de 5 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida en el deseable extremo sur de la isla, a poca distancia del océano y el sonido. Es una excelente zona para andar en bicicleta o dar un paseo por la orilla del océano y explorar las magníficas dunas de Masonboro Inlet. Hay un área designada como un santuario de aves: los niños se divertirán observando el anidamiento, pero no molesten.

El nivel de vida principal de la casa está en la planta superior con una sala de estar / comedor / cocina de diseño abierto, dormitorio principal con baño privado, bañera de hidromasaje y tocador. Hay muchas características adicionales como pisos de corcho en la sala de estar, electrodomésticos Kitchen-Aid Architect 11 y encimeras de cuarzo. La planta baja tiene un segundo dormitorio principal y 3 dormitorios adicionales.

This unit is located on a quiet, residential street that is ideally located between both the channel and the ocean, allowing for a peaceful vacation. What's best is from the living room and porch, you can watch the channel and soak in those beautiful sunsets! Sounds like you took full advantage of those views! The unit is well maintained as it only rents for a month and a half each year keeping wear and tear at bay. We would love to host your family again next time you visit Wrightsville, keep in touch!

The Airbnb sent us a verification code, which we thought was a door code to get in the house, still don’t know what that was for. Bryant Realty was very helpful in getting us keys to get into the home. Great experience overall, loved everything about it.

That is what it's all about - we want to ensure our guests are having a great and enjoyable stay. The Woodard property is only rented during a month or so each Summer, so the wear/tear that exists in other beach homes does not apply here. It is a well kept and cozy home in a quiet, residential neighborhood a lot back from the beach access and the channel. I hope you were able to soak in the water views from both directions! We hope to host you back again next time - try booking direct to save money!

When we started coming with our adult children, we had no grandchildren, but some were on the way. With several more, we are still able to stay, and we enjoy the house immensely. It is roomy, well-kept, and well furnished. the neighborhood is generally quiet and always friendly.

Poor Response from Rental Agency

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After years renting from Bryant, I was shocked at the lack of response to our several calls & a visit to report broken items. After 3 days of waiting, someone did come, but was unable to fix anything. Ice maker in upstairs refrigerator broken - not fixed for the 2 weeks we were there. Had to buy ice. Microwave part broken from unit exposing fan - not fixed. Light over toilet broken - it was not the bulb. Internet service out for 3 days before someone finally came to fix it & had to go buy a new part to install later. Hose used to wash sand off of feet had broken nozzle.

Reviewing the work orders I do see that it appeared the router was struct by lightning, and parts had to be ordered for the microwave, but it was functioning at the time. They started hounding me to pay advance deposit @Thanksgiving 2016?Then hounding me to pay rest of installment on May 1 for a July rental. In short Bryant R E was obnoxious!

We apologize that you felt "hounded" by us. Each year we take advance reservations for guest that want to lock in their rental property before it goes on the open market. This is done well before our rates are set - at this point, you are not under contract with us or the owners. Each year we publish the rates in November, however, we give you until Mid January to decide if you want to agree to the published rate, or release the property for open market. We do this because we realize over the holidays, money may be tight, but we also want to provide the rates early so while with family, groups can decide how to proceed. We show that we contacted you on January 19th, a few days after the contract/payment due date to see if you wanted to confirm the booking. You did so over the phone by authorizing a credit card payment. Additionally, final payment was due 60 days before your arrival. This was a new structure for this year, we used to require it 30 days before arrival, but if you were to cancel at this time it would be hard to re-rent the property with only 30 days left. The change to 60 days ensure sufficient time to re-rent the property and would result in fewer losses to our guest and homeowners. In your case, we contacted you to collect payment in accordance with the contract you signed, but you asked for more time to make the payment, we adjusted your due date by 30 days, giving you sufficient time to make your payment. We apologize if you felt hounded in this process, we thought we were more than agreeable with the multiple extensions we made to the contract you signed. I see that you have rebooked for next year and I hope we can facilitate a smoother vacation for you and your family!

Great home but Bryant Real Estate had communication issues

Repair man came the next work day. Said he'd contact the owner for replacement approval. He came back that afternoon to say he had approval and would replace it the next morning. That day passed and no DW or contact from Bryant. I called them and they had no idea why he had not come. Said they'd research and call me back. They didn't so I called again the next day. Same answer with no return call. He showed up that afternoon and explained that the owner wanted to upgrade and he had to wait for the upgraded DW to come in. Why didn't Bryant know that and tell me- or give me the repairman's contact info? We had 10 people, no dish drainer and kept wondering whether to get paper supplies! Communication would have helped. Kitchen was not equipped for hand washing dishes as we had to! When we arrived, we reported that many dishes were in the cabinets and drawers with food stains on them. I expect Bryant to be more aggressive in checking on these issues. The owners were kind and said they would refund a small portion of our rent.

Perfect family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable and well stocked with a very home-like feel. Balconies on both sides create spaces for privacy, quiet conversation. Property was clean with the exception that the walk through from the garage to the patio was cluttered with yard tools and paint cans and the propane tank fir the grill was empty. Management brought a tank and checked on water leakage from heavy rains within two hours of reporting. Family enjoyed fishing, swimming at beach and sound just a short walk away, and found beach treasures in woks each morning. We would definitely rent at this location again.

Large family room open to kitchen and dinning so we can all be together. Great porches front and back. Bed rooms with the Jack and Jill baths are especially nice for the parents and their children. Spacious rooms and closets. This is our 3rd year staying at this home and I am already looking forward to next year. We were looking for a large house, quite location, clean, nicely decorated, relaxing place and this is it!

Family beach vacation 2015

Access to the beach was a lengthy walk but still convenient as the beach was outside the zones of the deadly all day surfboards.

We especially enjoy the two refrigerators. All the rooms are decorated nicely and we love that we can see the ocean out the front windows and porch and the sound from the back porches.

Beach Week at it's Best!

Reviewer Comments: We celebrated with 10 family members our daughters college graduation.The house was extremely comfortable, with plenty of space for people to be all together or alone on one of the four decks. Decorated and appointed with everything needed to make you feel like your in your own home.The beach access was super convenient, the southern part of the island is tucked away from the business activity yet close enough to get to what you need in just a moments drive or a few minute walk. We would highly recommend calling Tina and reserving a property for your next family vacation!
