Great family rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is perfectly located. We could sit on the porch and watch the kids at the pool, and we enjoyed the view past the pool of the docks and water. The walk to the beach is so easy, and the chairs and umbrellas from the property are abundant. Unit itself was comfortable and had everything we need except laundry (but we knew that when we booked).

Love the stay in Sanibel!

We had a fabulous stay in Sanibel! The condo was very nice, well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable! A few very minor things when we first checked in which management took care of immediately. Overall we love the place and we will be back.!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Sanibel Moorings but would not recommend this unit. Bathrooms were outdated, nowhere to store food in the kitchen, closet door fell off the track in the middle of the night. Unit needs updating for the money paid to rent it.

We liked the Sanibel Moorings property...staff was friendly and very helpful. Our condo was clean and we liked over looking the canal. We were disappointed in the conditions of the bathrooms and kitchen. All of those need to be updated including the kitchen appliances and coffee maker. We would definitely consider Sanibel Moorings again but I would do more investigation into the individual unit and what updates had been made. Sanibel Moorings is a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price, this unit needs some updating. The master bathroom needs attention. Also,little things like, the battery in the kitchen clock was corroded and should have been replaced, as well as the coffee maker, did not work. Little details make a big difference, especially during high season where one pays the most.

Family’s stay at the Moorings

Everything was good for the most part… I was unaware that this facility was more like a hotel then a condo . There was nothing extra in our unit . No board games , no seasonings for cooking. They charge for beach towels so make sure you keep that in mind if you have children that need towels for the pool and beach. You have to pay for laundry, extra towels. The pool - had specific adult hours For each pool. It seems they need to have that time slot or else kids would monopolize the pool. Which is understandable. I would’ve liked to know this before renting . BBQ grill- they need a light for people grilling on the canal side. We were in the dark making dinner for our family . This is it states it sleep 6 . It sleeps 4 and has a pull out sofa sleeper. That the mattress needs replacing . All in all, it did the job. But we now know what to expect here and I hope it helps others , especially families decide . Thank you

Beautiful Property

Great unit well supplied with everything you would need for a beach getaway. The grounds of the property are beautiful and well maintained. This unit has a view of the canal and the pool. So know in advance you will hear happy kids playing in the pool. It did not bother us. We would come back again!
