Beautiful little cabin, had everything we needed. We enjoy cooking breakfast before we start exploring! We came for the 127 Longest Yard Sale and it was perfectly located for what we wanted to do!!!

Everything was good. Only thing was dishes in the dishwasher left by last renters were not clean. We had no dishwasher detergent. Other than that everything was really nice.

Quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Time falls. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet location. The only thing we had issues with (which is Not a complaint) was trying to figure out how to set the heat. We would recommend this place!

Short Trip to DeSoto State Park

Cabin was amazing again. Extremely clean and has everything you need. Very convenient location for DeSoto State Park, less than a 10min drive.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The weather prevented us from doing a lot of sight seeing but we were fine just relaxing in the cabin. Our son and daughter-in-law asked for this for Christmas and we enjoyed being with them. They were fine with just relaxing also . We would definitely rent this cabin again !Thank you Janice for the making everything so easy for checking in.

Fantastic!

My family took a quick trip to beautiful Mentone, Al. Our cabin was wonderful. Perfectly clean! We all enjoyed the game table which was a nice addition. This area is so quiet..much better than any hotel. Hope to stay again in 2024!

Best kept secret in Mentone!

We booked the cabin based on the reviews. This cabin exceeded expectations! It is beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. It was three sisters and we felt safe being alone. It is located close to Ft. Payne and Mentone. Only recommendation would be for check out process be posted somewhere in the cabin.

Great Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my family. It was clean and the owner was responsive to any questions we had. The game table was family fun nightly. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening eating dinner and enjoying the quietness. The cabin had everything we needed as well. Mentone is a cute town with local shops that are fun to walk through and see the homemade items. Desoto State Park is a must see!

Spring Break

Nice clean cabin with a great outdoor spaces: grill, fire pit, front porch, enclosed back porch. The cabin has everything you need. They supply plenty of towels, blankets, laundry and dish detergent. The washer and dryer is great after being around a campfire. Everything had a good quality from pots, dishes, furniture, etc. The bed is very comfortable and both rooms have king beds, t.v., and private bathroom. Plenty of games for children. There are two houses nearby, but were not a problem. We spent most of our time at the fire pit while at the cabin. The grill was excellent! A well thought out cabin rental.

Weekend Getaway

Everything with the cabin was great. Extremely clean and well kept. Plenty of kitchenware and dishes to get you through. I don’t think there is anything that isn’t available. Wish the weather would have been better so we could have used the outdoor fire pit. That will get another chance on our next trip. Game table was a huge hit, especially due to the rain we experienced. Extremely close to Desoto State Park and a short drive to Little River Canyon. Loved our trip and look forward to booking again soon.

Beautiful Cabin in a Quaint little Town

This property was beautiful. The cabin is so pretty, so well decorated, and so close to downtown Mentone. We loved the beds in this cabin. Very comfortable. The kitchen in the cabin was very well stocked, and we loved the "game table". Internet is spotty at times, but any part of this country in the mountains has this issue. There was a sweet little welcome package when we first arrived, which was also a welcome surprise! The host was very quick in responding to any messages and very helpful. Check in/out was easiest of any property we have ever visited on VRBO. If you are looking for a secluded cabin, but yet close to town, this one is for you!

Central Location for Mentone, Desoto & Little River

House is nestled in a wooded area and close to shops and dining in Mentone as well as hiking in Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. The wood on the porch and pine cabinets and trim inside give a rustic vibe that fits perfectly with the location, but the kitchen appliances, bedding, bathroom tiling, and prints on the wall really puts Time Falls on the high end of lodging available in this area. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend Time Falls to friends traveling to this area. Great floor plan with two large bedrooms with king beds and each with on-suite bathrooms. Extra 1/2 bath in hall is especially useful if there are additional guests using the sleeper sofa. Time Falls offers great amenities: fire pit, grill, soaps/shampoos, plenty of towels, kitchen with all the needed utensils/pots&pans/etc. We have a rental on Logan Martin Lake, The Lake Escape, and notice that Time Falls considered all the extras we thought our guests would appreciate, even small things like a welcome basket, fast wi-fi service, blankets in the den, etc. There's no dining table inside, but the four bar stools at the counter worked well for our meals, and the seating/tables outside on the open front porch and screened back porch made for especially nice afternoons during our early fall stay - we enjoyed the wonderful fall colors in the trees visible from the front porch and chairs around the fire pit.
