Walking further into the condo, you will enter the common area that provides 2 oversized sitting chairs, a super comfy sleeper sofa, & a satellite equipped TV, so have a margarita & unwind watching all of your favorites! Continuing out through the sliding glass doors leads you onto the large balcony where you will have a wonderful view of the Gulf & the outdoor pool! Patio furniture makes it the perfect spot to spend time having morning coffee or to catch up with family & friends after a day on the white sand beaches of the Gulf! Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include: beachside pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.

This complex is very centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more.

Other Things to Note:
Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival.
When you go through the guard gate, building 5 is directly in front of you, Building 4 just past that, closer to the beach.
