Situated in a semi-oceanfront paradise, less than 500 feet from the pristine shores of the Nags Head Beaches, you can practically taste the salt in the air as you take in the refreshing ocean breeze. While not directly on the ocean, the semi-oceanfront location still offers breathtaking ocean views from select vantage points on the property. You can wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery from any house on the street. Each home comes with its own private hot tub, providing the ultimate relaxation and a serene space to unwind after a day of beach activities or exploring the area.

The spacious living areas and comfortable accommodations are ideal for preparing for your big day and celebrating with your loved ones. Plus, it s just a short drive from the famous Wright Brothers National Memorial and the beautiful Jockey s Ridge State Park. Looking to house an event? Just a few steps from the cottages themselves, the Keeper s Galley Event Center is the perfect location to house any event, big or small.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive from the house! Head south on Virginia Dare Trail until you reach East Dowitcher where you can park and safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at a Pedestrian crosswalk. Beach access is located at E. Small Street, which is just a few houses north.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
