Apartamento frente al mar directo. Solo 20 pasos hacia la arena.

Reproductor, lavadora y secadora, estacionamiento para 2 autos, aire acondicionado.
Esta parte de la playa es tranquila pero puedes caminar hasta el muelle y las atracciones o el puerto en punto de pino. Dentro de 1/2 milla puede disfrutar fantásticas langostas y almejas de Maine. La ciudad de Portland está a 20 millas de distancia y el famoso buque insignia ll bean es de 30 minutos. Lejos en Freeport.

Best view in OOB!

Dream location, clean and beautiful! The hosts Carmen and Marco are the sweetest! They keep their home in tip top shape! Perfect spot for our family of 4. The apartment has comfortable beds, full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again!

AWESOME BEACH HOUSE!

This is a great beach house with a great location. The owners are super folks and I would highly recommend this rental. Our family can't wait for our next trip. Marco is a super host and we really appreciate all his hospitality. See you next summer.

Fantastic!!

Amazing location literally on the beach, third floor apt separate from the home of our lovely hosts. Carmen and Marco are friendly, kind and wonderful hosts. The apt is very comfortable and suited our family of 4 very well. Best part is the little balcony overlooking the ocean, and the front bedroom where you can fall asleep to the sight and sounds of the sea. Pictures are accurate, actually they don't fully capture how beautiful this property is! We cant wait to return.

A Perfect Week on the Beach for our Family of Four

We had a vacation to remember in this home. From our third-floor apartment, almost every window had a view of the ocean, which was just a few yards away. The unit itself felt brand new, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the washer/dryer were handy. Even our parking spot was worth noting! The outside accommodations surpassed all of our expectations with incredibly grassy areas, beautiful landscaping and an abundance of seating on the patio area. This is a quiet section of the beach, which we loved. By far the best part of the rental is the home owners, Carmen and Marco. They are so kind, welcoming and always respectful of our personal space. Thank you! We look forward to coming back soon.

Beach

Our family of four had a great stay at the beach- truly a perfect vacation for our family. A beautiful location, well-kept apartment with wonderful views and seabreeze coming in through the windows. We love this location on the beach, and had the best time surfing in the waves and running on the beach, outdoor shower! The washer/dryer is super helpful, AC is nice to have, and above all the hosts Carmen and Marco were extremely kind and welcoming.

Beachfront escape

We didn't know exactly what to expect when we booked this property, but were excited to have a proper beach vacation scheduled. So you can imagine our excitement when we arrived to a place that featured everything we hoped for. This 3rd floor apartment has beautiful beach views - especially at sunrise - and a refreshing sea breeze at all times of the day. We never even turned the air conditioner on, in August! The unit is well appointed and was very cozy for our young family of four. Kids were very happy in the back bedroom and we relished sleeping to the sound of crashing waves in the front bedroom. Couldn't be closer to the beach, which was remarkably empty for peak season. And Marco and Carmen were lovely and accommodating hosts - available to answer any questions we had and help us get settled. We look forward to another visit next summer!

Really enjoyed my stay.

The location is wonderful and right on the beach, can not beat the view! Steps from the sand and very peaceful and relaxing. My family had a great time and can not wait to come back next year.

Amazing location and excellent hosts

We had an amazing trip to Maine during Covid thanks to this property. The nearly private beach was perfect and picking up precooked lobsters from the fish market a mile away made the trip super easy. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

Paradise

Our family of 4 had an amazing vacation week in early August! The apartment is pristine, well appointment and super comfortable. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat, waking up every morning to the sound and views of the waves crashing on the shore was an experience I didn't want to leave! The beach is quiet and well kept and our daughters loved riding the waves. Lots of yummy food nearby. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Right on the beach. Owners live downstairs and are very welcoming, helpful, and hospitable. Pine Point Beach is a beautiful beach for families, but not at all crowded like Old Orchard.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay was fantastic! The house is steps away from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing and smell the salt in the air with the windows open. The space was very clean and the decor was cute. The beds are extremely comfortable. The house itself is very well equipped with all the essentials one might need. It was the perfect beach getaway for us!

Beautiful setting, immaculately maintained 3rd floor unit with incredible views all day long.

Perfect location on quiet section of beach, yet close to activity at Old Orchard Beach, Cape Elizabeth and Portland. Easy day trip to Booth Bay Harbor. Wonderful, caring landlords on property, yet allowing for privacy via separate entrance and on site parking. Beach in the mornings, excursions in the afternoon and fell asleep to the sounds of the wind and surf. Most relaxing vacation I have had in a while.
