A little less than perfect on a few things- no washcloths in one bathroom, one dehumidifier not working properly, dishwasher door broken, building door lock not working. However, property mgmt taking care of that. Otherwise, comfortable, easy access and parking.

Easy ski in/ ski out. Easy access to town bus shuttle. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have garage for our rental car.

Nice place with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really beautiful townhome and very quiet location. When we arrived, the place smelled of natural gas and a maintenance guy came over right away to make sure everything was ok. However, when we got ready to go out for dinner we discovered the front door didn’t lock. The maintenance guy came back and said he couldn’t fix it. So we had to lean a chair against our door when we slept and anytime we left the unit had to cross our fingers that no one would come in and steal our stuff. So that sucked. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was interrupted by 2 epsiodes of the alarm going off. The alarm is very loud and it was due to an error in the system saying there was a water leak in one of the cabinets. Both episodes happened early in the morning. When we were able to use the code to turn off the alarm the 2nd time, the water completely shut off. No showers and had to go to the town for water for our planned hike.

Fantastic location and very nice condo. The 20+ inches of snow helped as well! Close 5 min walk to lift and you can ski back if enough snow. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing!

Nice place

This was a great place to stay and ski. Short walk to the lift. There is a garage that fits 1 car but is nice when you leave with no snow on your car.

Excellent stay in Crested Butte

Fantastic location, about 5 min walk to the nearest lift or to shops within the village. Perfect accommodations for 6 adults (3 married couples). Beds and rooms were comfortable. Communication with property management was extremely quick. Overall excellent stay!
