Welcome to your brand new, luxurious apartment nestled atop the stunning South Mountain in the highly desirable Suncrest neighborhood. As you drift off to sleep, marvel at the twinkling lights of the Wasatch Front and wake up to the breathtaking views of the city below.
The space
This flat is the perfect place to base yourself whether you're taking a break, visiting friends or working in the area. With the mountains right on your doorstep, yet only minutes away from the heart of Salt Lake Valley, you'll get the best of both worlds. It's not uncommon to spot deer right outside your window or to be captivated by the mesmerizing city lights. The mountains offer over 100 miles of trails for mountain biking or trail running - all accessible right from the back yard.
In this modern apartment, you can enjoy high-speed internet (DL106 UL45), a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher, as well as your own washer and dryer. Your car will be secure in the parking garage. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and the 11-foot ceilings provide ample room for much-needed rest and relaxation.
The living room boasts an OLED TV with access to all major streaming services and cable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to make longer-term stays feel like home. The bathroom features an oversized luxury master shower with wall jets and a ceiling raindrop showerhead. Plus, a full laundry room is available, complete with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

We picked Suncrest because it's a sweet spot. It's close to the city but still feels like you're tucked away in the mountains. It's right in the middle between Salt Lake and Provo, which is super handy. A big bonus is that we're above the bad air that Salt Lake sometimes gets. The folks around here are friendly, and it's cool to see deer from our windows now and then. Plus, the views? Probably the best you'll find anywhere in the state.

There aren't many rentals on this mountain, let alone vacation rentals -- ours might be one only a couple. The HOA is pretty strict with a whole permitting process, so not many places are up for rent. But our spot? It's special. Not only is it brand new, private garage, fully stocked, but it's also right at the top of South mountain. This means you get an unbeatable view of the entire Salt Lake valley. Honestly, there's nothing else like it. Think of it as a secret hideaway for adventurers.
