Inside the condo, each of the bedrooms is thoughtfully designed, featuring twin-sized trundle beds that can accommodate additional guests, making it a perfect choice for families traveling together.

The interior is filled with thoughtful touches designed to enhance your stay. Every room is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring you have entertainment options at your fingertips. In the living room, a generous 52-inch Smart TV takes center stage for those cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite meals and snacks. Additionally, there are 6 shared parking spaces and ample street parking. Enjoy the convenience of 24-hour security and controlled lobby access.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a tranquil residential area, our boutique property with only 12 units provides an intimate and peaceful escape. Just 1.5 blocks (100 meters) away from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown, you can easily explore the vibrant heart of Bucerias while still enjoying a quiet retreat. Our curated guidebook will help you discover the best restaurants, activities, secret spots, favorite beaches, and attractions.

Getting Around:
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go - the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. To get to other areas of the bay, Uber and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation due to the ease and competitive pricing.

Other Things to Note:
For contactless check-in, we offer smart locks. We provide drinking water and offer a weekly cleaning service for reservations of 10 nights or more. Additional maid services are available for a small fee. Our dedicated property manager is always ready to assist you during your stay, ensuring a worry-free vacation.
