Este 3 dormitorios bien equipadas, 2 baños villa es ideal para vacacionar en el suroeste de la soleada Florida.
Al entrar, se tiene una vista del comedor formal, sala formal, y la zona de terraza / piscina. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y la sala de estar bonito piso es perfecto para relajarse y divertirse.

Con el plan de piso abierto, que son capaces de disfrutar de la vista mientras se cocina o disfrutar de la televisión en la pantalla plana de gran tamaño situado en la sala de estar. Esta villa también está equipado con SONAS que permite a los inquilinos para escuchar cualquier estación de radio en el mundo.
La cocina totalmente equipada viene con todas las comodidades de un hogar. El rincón de comedor es perfecto para comidas informales y también tiene una vista de la zona de terraza / piscina.

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property, very nice pool and furnishings. Well-equipped for anything needed during our stay (4 weeks). Other than being one day late checking in (couldn't reach the property manager for access code) and slow response to any messaging with the property manager, our stay was perfect. We would definitely keep this property in mind if we came back to this area.

Excellent house, great pool, right on the canal.

Location was nice and quiet and close enough to everything and yet far enough away for us to have the quiet and privacy we wanted. Nice selection of restaurant’s within 10 miles of house. We didn’t stay at the property we booked.

The ax unit broke at the property we booked, the owner put us in another home which was a little smaller than what we originally booked. The water was off one morning, came back on hours later. Any issues we had were addressed, my only issue is that this home, as lovely as it was, was still smaller than our original booking.

Had a couple of complications at the beginning of our stay however the property manager did the best he could do to accommodate us with some thing better we weren’t gonna let this get in the way of our girls trip we had a blast can’t wait to stay again next year

This was the house we were supposed to stay in.We were scheduled to arrive at this house on 5/28. On the 25th we still had not received an email with the code to get in the house. I called Lou and asked if he was going to send the code. He asked me if I had sent the paperwork back, and yes I did on April 11 or 14 He gave me a code and I thought great we are all set. About an hour later Lou called my husband telling him that the owner of this house is living in it. Lou said he had another house but not with all the amenities that we paid for. I told him absolutely not. Lou said he had another house with pool and hot tube but we could not get into it until Sunday. I asked him who was going to cover the extra night of a hotel. Lou said he would cover this. So after many phone calls we found a hotel. We sent the receipt to Lou so he knew what it cost and he had a little issue with the amount but agreed to pay. Lou acted as if we did not have a right to be upset after we paid for this house and not going to get to stay. He kept saying I am working with you. Yes, he was but it is a little upsetting knowing that you are thousand of miles away and in the moment did not have a place to stay. It was also disturbing that if we had not called we would have shown up to a house that someone was living in. On Saturday morning as we were packing to go to the hotel, Lou texted my husband saying we could get in the house on Saturday. Luckily the hotel did not charge us for the cancellation less then 24 hours. We arrived at the house around 12:30 on Saturday. Lou was at the house cleaning the screened in area. Lou told us that there was an ant issue and he said as having someone come and spray on Tuesday. No big deal, it is that time of year. We noticed that the refrigerator did not seem to very cold. My husband emailed Lou with this and never got an email, phone call or text back from him. Tuesday morning Lou shows up with a repair guy for the fridge. I explained that it was working, and Lou asked if we had emailed him this, he said I had to have this guy come from Venice. We did not let him know this and that is on us. Bug guy sprayed for the ants, and within 24 hours the ants were out of control. The comforter on the master bed had white stains on and we had to wash it before we could go to bed. There is only one TV in this 3 bedroom two bath house. The pool system is manual. You have to switch it from pool to spa everytime you want to use it.

Beautiful

Loved it so peaceful. Everything you wanted even down to a slow cooker which we used often. The pool area was lovely nice to have sun beds. The beach chairs were also very good for use on boca grande beach which we went to a lot. Can thorough recommend this place. Hopefully back soon.

Very nice

Loved loved loved the pool area!! It was a little cool out when we stayed but the pool was nice and warm and they had nice chaise loungers there too. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Spacious living room, kitchen and family room were super comfy. The garage was full of pool toys, bikes and everything you would need. They had lots of toys and things for kids if you have a young family. Ceiling fans could use a good cleaning though. The Port Charlotte area has lots of terrific beaches

Peaceful Getaway

This is a wonderful place to relax and refresh. I spent a lot of time by the pool, soaking up the sun and reading. It's a very quiet area. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need.

Great stay

We had a great stay, there was no check-in process as we had all of the information we needed prior to arrival. The basics were there and there were stores close by for groceries and whatever else we needed. We asked Lou to turn on the heat in the pool for us and he came straight over (he tried to do it undetected as to not disturb us but that doesn't work with a police officer ;) ) I bothered him for a few things to do and we did all 3 suggestions which did not disappoint! Overall, it might not be right at the beach, but you have what you would want to take there and its a short drive to close ones! Great host and if we end up in the area again, we would gladly stay!

Great Vacation

Great Escape!!!

The house was very nice - as pictured. Only negative is that the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up during the day but cooled off well in the evening and at night. The property manager was very attentive and we were very pleased! We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area! We will most definitely return in the future!

An honest review

We stayed at this house June 15 to 20th, the day before the trip I sent a message to the host, telling my concern about the cleanliness of the place since the last review I read it said the house could use a deep cleaning. His answer was: fans and ceilings were cleaned. I didn’t understand that, so I asked him again, he answered: Do what you want, see for yourself. This was on the same day for check in. Upon arrival the house looked ok, the fridge had an odor, water and ice dispenser looks really bad. Other than that kitchen was ok. The master bathroom shower had a pee smell, after I disinfected it and washed it with hot water the smell went away. The kids room one of the beds, the sheet had a stained, I am not sure what was it, so I put over another set of sheets that were in the closet. We contacted the owner on the third day of our stayed to ask a question about the jacuzzi and he wasn’t helpful at all. If you don’t mind to deal with an unpleasant host in general the house it’s ok for the price. We only used the leather couches since the fabric ones are stained. We liked the house spaciousness and also has bikes as an amenity. The outside plants of the house that are by the front door are not care for, it looks abandoned because they are all high and make it hard for you to go through the main door. You need to use the garage to access the house also needs to be pressure wash. As the other reviewer had mentioned about cleaning, it is true the house needs a little more attention, sliding glass door to the pool need to be cleaned, some corners you can tell are not even touched. The house need better maintenance and specially a friendly host. The pool was ok and carpet was clean, beds are comfortable. The area it’s nice and 15 min away from restaurants and main supermarkets.

Port Charlotte house

Spacious home with bikes, golf clubs, fishing poles/tackle, all the beach and pool toys you need and dozens of towels. Well equipped kitchen. Could use a deep cleaning and a rug or some spray grip on the very slippery outdoor tile.

Relaxing!!!

Our trip was great!! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and pool! Very clean and nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend a better selection of pots and pans since we cooked at the house but overall everything we needed was available at the house!! We will definitely be booking again!
