Experience the charm of our stunning vacation retreat nestled in the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community in Goodyear, Arizona. This private, single-level home features 3 bedrooms with a luxurious King, Queen, and 2 Full size beds. The primary bedroom boasts a separate tub and shower and a sliding glass door to the pool area.

Relax in the comfortably furnished kitchen, dining area, and family room equipped with a smart TV and a designated workspace with two monitors and laptop hookups. Smart TVs are also provided in the primary and guest queen bedrooms. Rest assured, our home is maintained with professionally cleaned and sanitized luxury linens.

Step into our resort-style backyard, offering privacy with a view fence overlooking the serene south lake, captivating mountain views, and breathtaking sunrises. Take advantage of the pool, available for heating upon request, and unwind at the BBQ area with a dining table under the covered patio. Additionally, make use of two cruiser-style bicycles to explore the picturesque community.

Enjoy leisurely strolls, or jogs along the beautiful lakeside paths or have a picnic in the grassy areas while admiring the sunset over fountains and lakes. Indulge in dining options at The Cantina in The Presidio or The Lakeside Grill, both open to the public. Conveniently close is a commercial area with Safeway, a bank, Walgreens, Subway, McDonald's, Oasis Bagel Café, Taste of Italy restaurant, and more.

For golf enthusiasts, our community features the Golf Club of Estrella, a Jack Nicklaus-designed course, and the nearby Tres Rios golf course. With over 50 trails for hikers and bikers of all levels, the surrounding mountains and community offer diverse outdoor activities.

While our community provides numerous amenities, please be aware of strict HOA rules, including no overnight street parking or RV/trailer parking. Outdoor quiet time is observed from 10 pm, emphasizing respect for our neighbors. Our home is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful retreat or a remote work setting amidst beautiful landscapes, sunshine, and outdoor adventures.

We had a fantastic stay over our spring break. The AM sunrises over the lake and mountains were a relaxing way to start each day (recommend Oasis Bagels to go!). After breakfast we’d walk to the park with our kids to play tennis and basketball, walk around the lake to see the resident Great Horned Owl and babies. It was the perfect place to spend our spring break.

Spring training getaway

Everything was accurate in the listing. Family had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill often. Morning walks around the lake were a great way to start the day. Evenings around the fire pit a peaceful ending.

Perfect for us

Beautiful, quiet location. Close to 2 golf courses and quick easy drives to shopping centers and good restaurants. Very clean and well kept house. Easy check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again 5⭐️ for sure!! If your not up to driving in the traffic to go to places like Scottsdale or Glendale, Uber and Lyft rides were pretty reasonable and all the drivers we had were fantastic, very helpful!!

Great property with great communication on arrival & closing duties. Our fault for not getting a more accurate location, as it was located in SW Goodyear. We were only 20 minutes from where our son was living. No big deal, the property & its amenities more than made up for it! Had a great time, thank you!
