The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies.

Nestled in a tranquil rural neighborhood, our Providence Forge haven offers easy access to hiking, biking, and nature trails. The property is located conveniently near many lovely wedding venues, which include several vineyards, such as Fung’s Barn, The Magnolia Mansion (2 minutes away!), Open Air The Glebe (link provided below) Upper Shirley Vineyards (listed above), and New Kent Winery Vineyard Estates.

The home is also 27 mins away from Great Wolf Lodge!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private parking area in front of the home. For getting around the area and neighborhood, a vehicle is recommended.

It is of significance to acknowledge that your current location situates you within a mountainous and rural environment. Consequently, it is anticipated that the prevalence of insects will surpass what you may typically encounter. Furthermore, there exists the potential for encounters with bears, raccoons, venomous as well as non-venomous snakes, and various other forms of wildlife that might deviate from your accustomed encounters.

Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

The $250 security deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred after your check-out with your acceptance of the additional money request.
