This is the 2nd consecutive year that our group of 8 golfers has stayed at the property. The house is clean, spacious, and conveniently located to many area golf courses, grocery stores, and dining options. The booking and check-in process was simple and straight forward. As well, the host was excellent and very responsive in a timely manner to a few minor issues that we encountered with the house. We will definitely book there again should a future golf trip take us to the same area.

Plenty of space, not cramped. Nice neighborhood, although there was a barky dog across the street. Not the VRBO hosts fault. Overall good value for the space.

Clean and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient to travel to surrounding Williamsburg and Great Wolfe Lodge. The hot tub was also a great perk.

Family Spring Break. Great home in a great locatio . We drove to Washington DC. Wlliamsburg, and Virginia Beach. After the long days of walking the hot tub felt great. The house is well equipped with all necessary kitchen essentials. Didnt get to use the giolf course due to weather but literally next door! We walked to Jolene Family Winery for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely home and great host.

The property is just as pictured. The neighborhood is charming, scenic and very quiet. The home itself was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

We had a great stay in this cozy Quinton home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was a breeze—they were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for a stress-free getaway. Five stars all the way!"

It was the perfect groomsmen hangout before the wedding day. Then after the wedding, the wife and I drove back to this beautiful place, enjoyed a nice relaxing hot tub, and then fell right asleep in a very comfortable bed. Perfect for what I was looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great stay in between Richmond and Williamsburg VA

We stayed a week with a large group (8 total, ages 5-65) and had a blast. Great location about 20 min from Richmond and 35 from Williamsburg. We took the kids and grandparents out every day and came back to relax every night. Beds were comfy, space for everyone, lovely quiet location with large trees in the backyard. Kitchen was a little small, but worked out ok. We would stay here again.

Lovely area

The house is in a beautiful and quiet area and the outdoor set up is amazing. They have almost everything u could need. We loved our stay only complaint is very low water pressure in the shower but everything else was great.

We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood and the hot tub and fire ring in the back yard. There were even baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs which was very helpful.

Exactly as described

We stayed here for three nights and it was exactly as described. A beautiful, quiet property that was close to Richmond but also only 40 minutes from Busch Gardens. We have small kids and this property was one of our favorites we stayed at. We will come back!

Very good, close to Richmond, good winery 2 minutes away. Hot tub a plus. Only one bedroom on bottom floor. High stairs to bedrooms.

Great family spot

We were two families—two couples with three children between us—and it was perfect. Plenty of space, everything provided. Our kids are older but I noticed the stairs had baby gates top and bottom and there was a nice high chair available too. The hosts were very responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Everything was as advertised. 5 friends spent 10 days. Perfect house. Plenty of space for everyone. Cooked all meals in the well stocked kitchen. House had everything we needed.
