This property was just as advertised. Great location 1 building from the beach boardwalk. Garage was awesome and a necessity for this close to the beach. The property was very clean and adequately stocked for our 3 day stay. We would stay again when we visit San Diego in the future.

Nice property just one row behind the beachfront homes. I love where this is located, we could walk two minutes and be right on the beach. Walking 20 minutes one way took us to Pacific Beach, and 20 minutes the other way and we were at Belmont Park. Communication was good, getting in was easy and we had a garage parking spot. Everything was there for our use, chairs and a couple boogie boards, also a football, volleyball, sand toys, and more. We had such and easy relaxing vacation and loved the home.

We had a great stay at the penthouse apartment. We loved being just a few steps from the beach and a short walk from good restaurants and shops. We even walked 15 minutes north to the gym and grocery store. The included beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards were great. Figuring out the key access for the building and elevator was daunting at first but no problem once we got the hang of it and the building did seem very secure. For an apartment setting it was surprisingly quiet. It doesn’t have a ton of windows and we visited during a particularly hot week but the portable AC helped (a real mini-split would be better!). We asked for an extra fan and the managers responded right away - excellent service!

Great location for walking the Beach or Marina. The space was well laid out, bed and furniture was very comfortable, and patio offered a great view while relaxing.For a week-long stay, I didn't feel the the apt. had enough supplies - for example, there was no Kleenex/tissue paper, low supply of coffee (3 days worth), not enough toilet paper (4 days worth). Given the costs of renting in this area, I would not expect to have to purchase the 'basics'.

The pictures for this condo don’t do it justice. It’s way cuter and more updated then the pics let on. The views are amazing - you see the ocean and Mission Bay from the patio. Carpet was updated and fancy. Cabinets were adorable with fish knobs. I like that shampoo / conditioner / body wash was included as well as beach towels. It has 4 beach chairs and some boogie boards and other fun beach gear such as volley balls, soccer, footballs. It’s literally just the second group of houses in from the ocean and a perfect location since 20 min walk to Belmont Park or 20 min walk to Pacific Beach Pier. Would def stay again and def use this company - SurfStyle - again.

Great location

Great value for location. Close to the beach and many walkable place to eat. Facilites are a little dated and showing their age, but still very comfortable.

Location was exactly as described. Very nice unit for myself and two children. The beach and boardwalk were a minute away. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a bonus. Highly recommended! !

Great stay for a beach getaway

I had a lovely stay at this property. The location was super easy and very convenient with great restaurants right on the same walkway. Loved the view and the apartment itself was very well kept and clean as advertised. Cindy was really easy to communicate with and really had everything we needed for a nice beach trip. Would stay again.

Lovely stay

This was the perfect base for my family's trip to San Diego with our 18-month-old. The accommodation is beautiful and spacious with a fabulous view from the balcony. The separate bedroom worked well for putting the kid down for a nap or bedtime in a dark, quiet place. It's in a great location - a block from the beach/boardwalk, a few blocks from the bay, and close to lots of good restaurants.

Wonderful Short Getway

We loved this condo for our quick 4 day trip to the beach. It's so close to the beach and had everything we needed to enjoy our short time there to the max. The location is convenient to the beach, bay and stores. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The views from the balcony can't be beat.

Everything we needed

We had a good stay here. The place was clean and it was so nice to have all the amenities for the beach lended to us. This location is so close to the beach! One building away to be exact and it is a short walk to Belmont. It was also peaceful at night we would stay again 👍

The location is ideal and balcony was perfect. We had issues with the ac unit it would turn off and beep in the middle of the night. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Beach getaway

Perfect spot for our Pacific Beach vacation. Views of the bay and ocean off the balcony. Twenty second walk to the beach, and tons of great bars and restaurants right there. Cindy is caring and attentive: The property inside looks modern and clean. Parking spot and build is secure. Would stay again!

Very clean and good location

This property was very clean. It was very close to the beach and it was nice that it had a parking spot. The only air conditioning was a separate unit in the bedroom that was very loud.

An amazing property!

This place has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation! The balcony view is spectacular, the beach equipment came in SUPER handy and the location is in the heart of everything. Cindy was amazing with communication making it super easy to get in and out with ease. We stayed with 2 adults and a teenager, there was plenty of room room for all with the foldout mattress couch. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
