INTERIOR LIVING
This open concept, bright, light coastal cottage has everything one needs to live the indoor / outdoor beach life. The living and dining rooms boast wooden cathedral ceilings and windows that provide views of the front yard. The electric fireplace is for those "chilly" nights. Set the temperature via a control pad. The large screen TV, has internet and is loaded with apps for watching your favorite shows and movies, can be seen from the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Talking about the kitchen, it is brand new and provides the equipment and utensils a chef will need.

There are two larger, nicely decorated bedrooms with cathedral ceilings that have comfy queen mattresses. One bedroom has a backyard deck with furniture that is accessed directly from the bedroom. The two bedrooms share the nautically themed bathroom that has a separate shower and a deep soaking tub. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The washer and dryer are in a separate enclosed area attached to the home.

INCLUSIONS
- A starter kit of paper towel, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent is included.
- Basic kitchen condiments such as salt and pepper are provided.
- Things needed for a day at the beach - chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, beach wagon, and two bikes.

POLICIES
- No smoking of any kind inside the home
- No events or large gatherings
- No more than 4 people in home
- Must be at least 25 years to book

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
-The property has a lock box so you can check-in by going directly to property and using the provided code. Check-out requires locking the front door and returning the key to the lock box.

- Check-out is 10 AM
