Welcome to our modern 6-bedroom home in Garden City, UT, perfect for family gatherings. The house features two furnished outdoor patios with a gas grill and a stunning view of Bear Lake. Multiple king suites, a cozy bunkroom/Gameroom, and fast WiFi make it family-friendly and comfortable. Enjoy the private hot tub, smart TVs in every room, and access to nearby trails and the Bear Lake Marina less than a mile away. Sleeps 20 guests comfortably with private parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The space

Welcome to the Black Badger Retreat, our modern 6-bedroom home in the heart of Garden City, UT. This stunning property is the perfect place to enjoy a family gathering, a mountain adventure, or a relaxing beach holiday in Northern Utah.

The house is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nursery area with a crib and blackout curtains. You'll also have access to nearby hiking and biking trails, ATV/snowmobile trails, the Marina, and equipment rentals for water sports and ATVs.

When you're ready to relax, enjoy the private 8-person hot tub or challenge your family to a friendly game on the foosball table or a Mario Kart tournament on the Nintendo Switch. In the summer, you'll also have access to the nearby clubhouse with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and jungle gym.

The house features two private back patios with outdoor lounge areas and furniture, providing a stunning view of Bear Lake. You'll also have bicycles provided for your use, including 14 adult bikes, 2 youth bikes, and a child trailer. Free trailer parking is available nearby.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, and all the amenities. Clubhouse amenities are available between 9 am and 9 pm during the Summer months.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed the place and had a great time. Would definitely book again. Kitchen needs hot pads, hand towels and a few other things for washing and cleaning. Owner was very responsive.

Awesome house in an awesome location

Our family has stayed at several houses in Garden City for family vacations in Bear Lake over the last few years. This is by far my favorite that we've stayed in. Plenty of space, well take care of and only 30 seconds from the marina. Would recommend this to anyone!

Spacious, welcoming and clean. Lots of nice amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and welcoming. We loved that all of the bedrooms upstairs had their own bathrooms and the beds were super comfortable and cozy. Our youngest two kids stayed in the bunk room and loved all the toys and books. Finally, we really liked that every room had its own TV. We would recommend this place to others.

Black Badger Retreat was Fantastic

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had no issues or challenges. The process was seamless, the home in great condition. It gave us a place to rest, gather, play games, and enjoy the olympics as well as all Bear Lake has to offer. We loved being by the store, the HOA pool, and the bikes to take pleasant rides to LeBeaus. We will definitely come back.

PERFECT!!

Came up with all family and it literally was the PERFECT place for a get a way! Clean, spacious, and well thought out. The beds were so comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone - that makes a difference when everyone is trying to get ready for the day. Great gathering spaces - the kitchen area is huge - we loved it. Doug was super responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub was a fun bonus, and having a washer/dryer is always nice. Our family is mostly adults now, but there's an awesome bunk room that would be so perfect if you have kids! Honestly I can't say enough positive about this place - it's just as beautiful as the pictures show!
