Bon Bini is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home in City By The Sea. With a private pool and waterfront location this is the perfect vacation home if you are looking for adventure and fun. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with the main living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an onsuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with 2 twins, share a bathroom located right between them.



The Space:

The livingroom/ kitchen are also on the second level and overlook the water. Sit on the sofa and watch the fish jump and the birds fly by. You can also go outside on the deck and enjoy the amazing sunsets that Rockport has to offer. Downstairs you will find a private bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath. This separate apartment has a private entrance and is not accessable from the inside of the other home. The back yard is amazing! Located right on the water with a private pool to float the day away. If you enjoy fishing you can fish from the dock or if you bring your boat you can tie it up right in the back of the house. There is also a fish cleaning station and deck furniture to help you enjoy your stay. Book Bon Bini before it is Bon, I mean gone.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the main living area, kitchen, and dining space on the second level, which overlooks the water. Enjoy the private pool and waterfront backyard. There is also a private bedroom with a separate entrance located downstairs. Additionally, guests can utilize the boat slip, fish cleaning station, and outdoor furniture.

You're just a short drive from local shops and restaurants, perfect for a casual meal or a bit of retail therapy. Getting around Bon Bini is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. While City-by-the Sea is best explored by car, you'll find that local shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is likely Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately an hour's drive from the property. Consider utilizing ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport. Public transportation options within City-by-the Sea are limited, so a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas and attractions.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. This property is not pet-friendly, and smoking is prohibited. Guests have access to free parking on the premises.
