I am quite disappointed with my stay at this home.
Heat is not working.Vents are blowing cold air in few rooms. Heat goes down to 0 - 18 Celsius during midnight.. I don’t how is this setup. Owner arranged room heaters next day, which are over heating.
one of door for the bedrooms has no closure. No privacy to that room.
Kitchen cabinet was broken by the time we stepped into the house, we notice the cabinet damage at the very same moment. Owner is blaming us on the cabinet, which is quit disgusting.
Owner has the pictures of broken cabinets, it doesn’t seem to be broken recently
Owners claims the house is dirty, which is again a false blame. We removed all the garbage and put them in appropriate bins outside the house. Owner did not provide any floor cleaning stuff like broom, mop, etc.. we tried to buy the cleaning stuff, but all the shops are closed due to 1st January.
Due to the heating problem, all the group has fallen sick. If you have video recordings you can notice everyone started taking medicines, last two days.
This may be vrbo’s process or working mode. We decided not to book accommodation through vrbo, going forward. But the way owner text me is all very much disappointing.
I don’t think you care customer feedback, as you must be seeing ton of such bad reviews everyday.
I wish you talk to owners and customers and integrate them in a better way. We trust you guys for planning big trips and spend 1000s of dollars.
