About this space
This special heated POOL retreat is close to everything that St Augustine has to offer making it easy to plan your visit. Walk to the historic district where you can sightsee, dine and shop(1m.) Try riding your bike to the AlligatorFarm(1.5m)Amphitheater(1.7m) Lighthouse (1.2 m)Anastasia State Park & Beach(1.6m). After a day at the beach or sightseeing, relax in your own private pool. Eat a delicious seafood dinner at a nearby restaurant. End your day peacefully sleeping in our comfy king or queen beds
The space
Welcome to your private heated pool retreat home that features relaxing beach inspired decorations. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch Roku TV with bathroom including shower. Second bedroom with queen size bed with Roku TV. Third bedroom with queen size bed. Comfortable Living room with 55 inch Roku TV. Sofa. Swivel chairs. Rattan “Cheers”bar. Second bathroom with tub and shower. Full size kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Teakwood furnished Florida room overlooking swimming pool, wood deck with outdoor dining seating, fire pit and large privacy fenced backyard. Laundry with full size washer and dryer.
Our pool is equipped with a heater and is maintained at a comfortable set temperature of 84 degrees. Please note that during colder weather, the pool may feel cooler due to external temperatures. Please keep this in mind when booking your reservation as outdoor temperatures can impact overall warmth. We hope you enjoy your swim!

This was the perfect place to spend Christmas away from home. The house was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. The location was perfect to enjoy downtown St. Augustine and the backyard pool was excellent to get those family wiggles out. Priscilla was super helpful at every turn and even went to extra mile to mail a critical item home that we’d forgotten. We’d love to come back and highly recommend for you!

Beach Bungalow

We had a great time at this cute beach bungalow on Anastasia Island! The home is centrally located to downtown St. Augustine and the beach. It had everything we needed and so much more!

Relaxation in a great location!

The house was perfect for our family. The pool and sitting areas were amazing! Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of shade around the pool area. The location of the property is perfect for enjoying St. Augustine as well as the beaches. We were able to watch dolphins a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked with spices and coffee. We enjoyed the beach almost every day. The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided made it perfect! The property manager kept us informed on local events and really made us feel at home. This will be one we revisit for sure!!!!

Family celebration in St. Augustine!

We spent a very long weekend in St. Augustine for both a wedding and a birthday celebration. Your home was perfect! We are CLEAN snobs, and your house met all our standards and more! Fabulous St. Augustine pool home

The home is close to Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and downtown St. Augustine. The Conch House restaurant (waterfront) is within walking distance. The home is sparkling clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It really feels like a nice beach house. The pool was very enjoyable, and the neighborhood is nice for a cool evening walk too. We hope to return again. We had a great time.

Perfect vacation home for our family!

We were beyond pleased with our stay in this adorable bungalow in St. Augustine. The house was clean, cute, and cozy. It had everything we needed for it to feel like a home away from home. We were traveling with our two young adult sons, and the house had plenty of room for us to spread out. The location is close to everything you would want to do and see in the area. We even walked from the house across the bridge to the historic district one afternoon - it's just a smidge more than a mile. The pool was wonderful and the perfect spot to cool off during the hot afternoons. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our vacation.

Great House in Convenient Location

Beautifully maintained home had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for two couples. The amenities provided were first class. The home is spotless and the beds are comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Location is perfectly located just across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine. It is also very close to the Amphitheater and just a short drive to the beach. The hosts communicated clearly and while our stay was seamless and without need for additional contact, I feel confident that the host was readily available in the event we needed anything. We will definitely look to stay here again for future visits.
