There are multiple units on the 3-acre lot, so you may see other guests around. The caboose and its patio are completely private, but a shared common area is available for all to enjoy.

Enter the caboose and discover a charming studio layout featuring a comfortable Queen bed. The cozy sleeping area is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep.

Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a compact kitchenette that meets your basic needs. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee station, allowing you to enjoy light meals and beverages at your convenience. Savor a cup of freshly brewed coffee or warm up a quick snack before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Right by the coffee station, unwind in comfort while enjoying the convenience of a Smart TV for entertainment.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
