Unobstructed views of Kiawah Islands pristine beach! This truly beautifully decorated, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath villa features TWO balconies. One balcony off the open living area is covered and includes a dining table and chairs seating four. The other balcony is open and has a private entrance from the main bedroom with two lounge chairs. This lovely villa is located on the first floor with an easy convenient beach access.
The kitchen opens into the living area and is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances. The living area is large with comfortable seating and large T.V. The large bedroom includes a King Bed with a second T.V. and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head and a hand held shower wand. The double vanity features a large mirror with plenty of light. This bathroom also has a separate toilet room. This villa also features a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet located off the kitchen.
You are within walking distance to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Roy Barth Tennis Center is a short bike ride away. While many Golf courses are just a short drive away, The Turtle Point Golf Course is our closest golf course from the villa.

PLEASE NOTE: This villa does NOT have resort amenities such as discounts on Golf or Tennis and does NOT have pool access.

Newly and very nicely remodeled; comfy bed, wonderful views and excellent proximity to the beach. Construction on the stairs and ramps made for banging and desiel engines from 8:00am to 4:00pm. We were out and about most of the day so not a major issue but would have liked to have been informed about it in advance.

We so enjoyed our stay! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The decks are private and offer lovely views of the beach. The property management is top notch! You will love staying here!

Beautiful property right on the beach with amazing views and you can hear the waves. Comfortable furnishings and generous supplies in kitchen and laundry. Property manager went above and beyond in communication and accommodation.

This place is great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and a good location with a good view. Porch furniture was nice and high-quality. Also had good shower pressure. The only complaint was the air conditioner would not go below 69. My wife and I both had trouble sleeping because we were hot. We're both used to sleeping at cooler temperatures. Thankfully, they provided a box fan that helped some.

Lovely unit (stupid microwave)but not having cable did not allow us to see network TV. This was a huge disappointment as we had to listen to news programs on our computer. The listing did not make that clear. We did utilize Smart TV.

Perfect Kiawah Get-Away

This beautiful well equipped condo on the beach was a perfect way to enjoy a few relaxing days on Kiawah Island.Communication with our host was easy as was check-in and out.This unit was ideally located and had everything a couple could ask for. We hope to return on a regular basis.

Beautiful Ocean Retreat

The stay was thoroughly enjoyable. From the gorgeous views to the beautiful and well appointed unit complete with everything you needed to make you feel at home. Patricia was a wonderful and welcoming host and went out of her to accommodate us. We highly recommend the Carmel Cottage.

Beautifully renovated, well appointed condo. Everything was so well thought out, luxurious, comfortable and clean. Can’t put a price tag on waking up to that ocean view and being able to take it in all day. My husband had to practically pry me off the deck. Our stay was a 10 out of 10 all the way! We picked a winner.

Luxury Beach Condo

We were thoroughly impressed with the condo. Two decks directly facing the beach. With the doors open, the sound of the ocean waves was soothing. Everything was top quality, from the thick bath towels, bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils. Literally a two-minute walk from the door to the Atlantic Ocean beach. The owner texted us when housekeeping was finished so we could check in early. We'll definitely return.
