The tiny house experience is different from a cabin or a house. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live in a tiny house, this is your chance. You have all the amenities of home. Yes, it may be smaller than a house, but it doesn't "feel" small. It's actually spacious and open! You only need to bring food items, your clothes and any special toiletries you prefer. We provide all linens, towels, etc. You will enjoy two queen beds, two bunk beds, full kitchen, full bathroom and living room area with a fireplace. There are two smart TVs as well.

The surrounding area has so much to offer. Downtown Sandusky has many bars and restaurants. Park and walk to explore. Take a walk on the Jackson Street Pier. Stop at Barra to enjoy a fantastic taco selection and a margarita. Take a ferry to Put-in-Bay and explore all the shops and restaurants on the island. Cedar Point is right around the corner. Raining? Go to Kalahari for the day and play. Want to stay and relax at Bayfront? Grab your pool towels and enjoy our heated pool.

Need to shop or want to create a special meal? Route 250 has all your familiar stores and shopping and it's only 5 minutes away. Want to visit old homes or see Sandusky history? Take a drive down Wayne St. or Columbus Ave. Love Nature? Visit Erie Metro parks and experience the beauty of our local parks. Want to ride a jet ski or take a charter and fish? We have references for those activities too. You can certainly bring your fishing pole and fish off our break wall as well. (just make sure you have your fishing license.)
