Unidad 172 - 1 HAB 1/2 baño Gulf Side Club Condo interior

Este condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño en el segundo piso está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de un dormitorio tienen capacidad para un máximo de cuatro personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar con un colchón inflable eléctrico incorporado que también está equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". El baño ha sido recientemente remodelado con encimera de granito y una ducha a ras de suelo. La espaciosa cocina tiene encimeras de granito y muchos gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. Hay hermosos azulejos en toda la unidad. El patio tapado cómodamente amueblado le permite a usted y su familia disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales.

The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice 1 bedroom. Short walk to the beach.

Pool area and condo were clean. Pickle ball courts were a plus. Security guys were friendly. No cable, as listed. The cable cord did not reach the tv. Patio door lock was broken. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic choice!

Had an excellent stay at this location. The trolly offers a hands-off option to get into town, the beach was prestine, the unit was clean, and the amenities (pool/gym) were great. The only reason we didnt give it 5 stars was due to the window being stuck open in the bedroom, and the absense of a few kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, and wine openers. Overall, a great place to stay at!

A great beach side getaway

Loved the spaciousness interior. Bed was very comfortable which is often not the case in rentals/hotels in my experience. Especially liked the screened in porch. Had breakfast each morning with the company of the birds outside and left the patio door open most of the time for the fresh breeze to come though. Will stay again if I have the chance!

We’ve been vacationing at SK for many years and although this year’s trip was 1 week after the reopening after 2 back-to-back hurricanes, it did not disappoint! The staff at Palm Bay obviously had worked very hard to get the property cleaned & repaired and the beach was just as fun & beautiful as always. Unit 172 Is our favorite. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

Palm Bay Club condo rental

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club and the unit was very clean and nice. The TV was not user-friendly but we made do.The only problem was the elevator not working when we were leaving so we had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs.
