Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private entry to the detached guest home and full use of the patio area. Free street parking is directly in front of the home. The main house shares the driveway, so parking is exclusively on the street for guesthouse guests.

Bedrooms + Bathrooms:
Poinsettia Cueva offers one cozy bedroom with a queen bed dressed in premium linens, ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business guests. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request. The bathroom is sparkling clean and stocked with essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, and plush towels.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cook or reheat with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, filtered water, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, wine glasses, and more. A dining table comfortably seats 4–5 guests, perfect for shared meals or remote work.

Lounge Spaces:
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort with a plush sofa, curated books, and a 65" SmartTV with streaming platforms. A dedicated desk area provides a convenient workspace for digital nomads or professionals on the go.

Outside Space:
Step out onto your private fenced-in patio complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill (propane available on request). It's a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars.
