This family-friendly home has incredible Copano Bay views. From the balcony you can watch redfish and trout chase bait fish. You can watch seagulls and other coastal birds try to take advantage of these feeding frenzies or just relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Fishful Thinking has a little bit of everything for everyone. If you want to fish, head to the boat dock and catch dinner or set a crab trap for some of the best blue crabs Texas has to offer. While someone is catching dinner, the rest of the family can start a ping pong match in the garage, loser does the dishes! Not really, there is a dish washer. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun with your favorite beverage hit the pool, it’s on the water’s edge. The pool is a popular place, watch boats cut across the bay or enjoy pelicans skimming the water. Whatever it is, it’s your time to relax!

In the evening walk out to the dock for one of the best sunsets you’ll ever be a part of, take a picture and send it to your friends! If you want to stay in, enjoy a movie or make it a game night. The space

Fishful Thinking is a new professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home built in 2020. It also boasts upstairs and down stairs living spaces, a well equipped kitchen, enjoy 2 kayaks, 1 paddle-board & corn hole for use while staying at our home

Garage access to kayaks, paddle board, propane grill, corn hole, beach chairs. (No garage parking).

Parking: 2 vehicle spaces, in front of the garage and to the left of the front door. Boat parking is in the gravel space with the a/c unit & power outlet.

Shared amenities access: Copano Shores Pool (no lifeguard on duty), small shell beach, palapas, pier, and boat slips.
Other things to note
This home is unique in that it has lots of outside "toys" for guests to use while staying in the home!! Please be considerate, take good care of items, return in great condition, and enjoy your stay.
