4BR 3BA Condo: This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*Gulf front master suite – = With a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The master offers a large walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed, a large flat screen tv and its own private balcony.

The 3rd bedroom has a King size bed and an en suite bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has a TWIN size bunk bed and flat screen tv

This Unit is on the 21st floor (Unbelievable view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs should you choose to eat in.

The full size washer and dryer are new high end front load units.

Bike week Party of 6!

Overall we had a great stay!! Place was clean had most everything provided that we needed. This condo had the best view just windy at night nothing a hoodie didn’t fix! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this amazing condo!

Wonderful stay!

I came for spring break with friends coming in from all over the country, so we wanted to have a memorable week. The property was spacious and clean, and having two balconies was a major plus. The property fit eight people easily. Thank you for helping us have an amazing break!

This was a decent condo there was a little confusion in checking out instruction. The information inside the condo said not to strip the beds and the email I got said to. Communication and instructions could have been better. But all in all it was a good stay would stay here again.

This was our second stay in this 21st floor unit. The amazing ocean/sky view along with beautiful open and spacious condo created the perfect backdrop for our 7 day family vacation. My husband, three adult children / spouses and two infant grandsons had plenty of room and plenty of seating. The floor plan is well laid out to offer each bedroom an element of privacy and access to a bathroom. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in for meals. The indoor heated pool was perfect for water play with babies; warm water and no need for sunscreen. When we did make it to the beach, there were beach chairs and even a beach tent in the closets. Everything about this condo is grand to include the main balcony. We did a sunset family photoshoot right on the balcony. I woke every morning in the master bedroom to a beautiful sunrise right from bed. Because this is an end unit, the living / dining room windows offered a spectacular view of sunsets and of course the other bedroom has its own balcony for the same Getting to and from the car can be a hike but there are no stairs and the bridge over the street is air conditioned and even when not, it is still under cover so weather is never an obstacle. The parking garage keeps vehicles cool and “sea spray free”. Our check in /out allowed convenient parking on the third floor parking garage and luggage carts are available there. We used a beach wagon to transport groceries. My family said they’d love to return to this condo every year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off good but a little dated. Then half way thru the stay our water heater was leaking and we were to move out. We were given a smaller room in the same property or asked to leave to another resort a mile down the road away from our friends who we were traveling with in order to have the same number of rooms. Not once were we offered any type of compensation

Poor experience

Location and view was wonderful. Kitchen is not stocked sufficiently. No oven kits, icemaker not working, coffee pot not working. Plates, mugs, glasses a mix/match and not enough for full occupancy of unit. Wind tunnel/loud whistling noise 2 nights that kept everyone from being able to sleep. Sent emails to property manager and resort and got NO response. I have stayed in numerous PCB condos and this was one of the worst. Will not stay here again.

Overall a good trip

The look of the room was spot on, beautiful. Housekeeping though, the floors had sand everywhere and so did the beds which are supposed to have clean sheets. There were dirty pots and pans as well. Everything was supplied, wished we had more dishcloths and dish towels. Maybe a sweeper because the broom was not doing a good job getting the sand up and we took off our shoes at the door every time. The first white clothes load we did got some light orange stain on my daughter blouse and my sister’s Tshirt as well as two hotel towels and one wash cloth.. After that no problems. My sister had her cart and umbrella stolen while at the pool. We had great assistance with everything I called about. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I had to call the property management the day I arrived about The condition of the unit Not being clean ‼️ Cleaning company ( no English ) came back out, clean the couch and the floors nothing else‼️ Mold on the shower curtains in the washing machine, and the balcony door was hard to close needed to be oiled and cleaned ‼️ sand in the sheets, Property management office was no help to me even when I asked for the Owners business information ‼️ I sent emails and made phone calls and nothing

We had a wonderful trip. The view in the room was amazing. There is plenty of room in the condo for families. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was prompt with responding to messages on here. The room had some chairs, extra fan, boogie boards, ext in the closets which we enjoyed having. We did not stay in the room much but there were some cons to the trip... When we got to there, the floor was covered in sand. The couch also had sand on it. The sprinklers were covered in dust and so was some of the doors up high. Little things around the room were not well maintained. One room, the door handle is half broke and you have to really turn it to open it. It also locks from the inside but if anyone turns it from the outside, it will unlock itself and open. Most of the knobs to the shower are flimsy and barely hanging on. A chair in the living room is broke amd just looks passable as its not. The pull out couch was also covered in sand when we pulled it out. When we went to pull the paper off the toilet paper, the entire thing fell off the wall. The dryer did not dry well. The tv in the living room was not working when we arrived. With all that being said, we did call maintance about some things and they were there same day to look at it. The elevators had long waits on busy days, but if you caught them early or late enough, it was a quick ride up. This is an end unit so we kept our pool stuff outside in a little corner which I liked having. We had a great time

would not use Emerald Coast vacation rental property in future

After purchasing groceries for a group of 10 we arrived at the condo to find the refrigerator was not working, notified the property manager right away and they brought a small dorm room refrigerator which remained for the week. I spent time on the phone each day with VRBO and Emerald Coast vacation which resulted in little action. VRBO was not able to help since this property was booked through them, but payments were made directly to Emerald. This was the most frustrating part of the stay. Over the course of our stay we had to throw out large quantities of food (frozen in the frig or no room) and make daily trips to the grocery. It is now over a week since our stay I am still trying to get some level of reimbursement for our stay. As par for the course Ryan from Emerald responded once with an unsatisfactory response and has been radio silence since. The unit itself was clean with a nice view. They only provided a broom and dust pan to clean, so we had to purchase a small swifter to maintain the space. It is the 21st floor so the view was great. You are high enough that sitting on the balcony can be like sitting in a wind tunnel weather depending. In short there are lots of great places to stay in Panama. I would avoid any property managed by Emerald.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property gets to call itself a “resort” because of the building it’s in, but the lack of room amenities they don’t provide on your stay make you never want to go back. No paper towels, 1 trash bag in the small trash can for 10 people for 5 days, no toilet paper beyond the one roll set up in each bathroom. No broom, no sponge for the KITCHEN SINK. I The view and location are great, but how much does that outweigh that their only concern for you upon arrival seems to be that they WILL charge you if anything is broken, so you better let them know if anything is broken when you arrive or they’ll charge you for it. And they don’t give you contact information for it. You have to dig through the 10 emails they’ve sent you since booking your stay to find the property manager’s email? So, forget settling in! You’ve gotta do a walk-through of your “resort” spot and go buy basic home necessities. You would think everything would be in proper order but as soon as we arrived and I went to the bathroom, the toilet paper holder flew off the wall, already broken, just gently but not securely placed. A shelf in one of the master showers is gone, but the hinges are still there, so do you report? The entire spout in the shower of another bathroom is barely hanging to the wall. Very much broken, but lightly staying in place. A knob from a dresser, off and just sitting on top of the dresser. You surely don’t want to be charged for damages you haven’t done, so how far do you go out of your way to address it when you should be able to peacefully be settling in. Check out is at 9 AM. Which is abnormally early. And on top of that, the “check-out list” includes a request you strip all the sheets from beds, fold blankets? Strip pillow cases off the pillows?! Take out your own trash to a receptacle who knows where? These are not “resort” vibes. I could go on, but out of

Amazing Balcony facing the ocean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our group loved the view and the balcony the most! Being so close to the beach was special and we took advantage of it every day! We loved the large table where we could all sit and eat together. Other than that, we were disappointed with a number of the amenities such as the lack of glasses (clearly lots were missing). Additionally, there were no hot pads, no wine opener, and only 2 garbage bags, 1 dishwasher gel pack, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and half of a used paper towel roll. How can you advertise a place for up to 10 people without these amenities? If a “starter pack” is all you are providing, then it should state that clearly in the description. We had to spend more than expected on these supplies to live there for the week. As far as cleanliness goes, our feet were black after walking around the first day. Clearly no one is cleaning the floors. We also found old chunks of bread left in the bottom cabinet, and blood stains on the 2nd bedspread. Other random things include a broken fan in the 2nd bedroom, a broken showerhead in the master bathroom, a broken door that can’t close in the bunkbed room, burnt out lightbulbs, a freezer with the entire insides put together incorrectly that resulted in leaking until we had to fix it and clean up the water that leaked out, and a filthy air filter that we had to change in order to get the air working. This place needs attention or else it will quickly turn into a very low quality rental. We feel that this rental is a rip off.
