Your home will come equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property comes furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, hand towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum home occupancy. Additionally, the bathrooms are supplied with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body/hand wash for your convenience. Furthermore, fully equipped laundry rooms are available, including washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, and irons.

For emergency:
The property has a dedicated fire extinguisher and medicine kit.

During your stay you will have full access to the entire house, including the garage.

You will do self check in. Your unique door code along with the check in details will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.

We strive to make your experience exceptional, providing you with amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and two parking spaces for your vehicles.

Pets are welcome and we don't have a weight limit for them but please be guided that there will be a $175 pet fee during your stay. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.
