Summary:

Cottage at Westley House is a fun, relaxed space that shares the property with The Westley House. We are pet friendly including a fenced-in courtyard, free street parking and all the modern conveniences. Cottage at Westley House is part of the Turtle Getaways collection of premier vacation properties.



The Space:

The newly renovated Cottage has two bedrooms and one full bath, dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, living room and a walk-in closet. There is an outside seating area perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and the cool breezes of summer evenings. The Cottage has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air and heat ensuring all the modern conveniences are at your fingertips.



We are ideally located: 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, 2 blocks from the convention center, a half block from Dogtooth Bar & Grill and Poppi's Brick Oven Pizza & Kitchen.



The courtyard has plenty of room for outdoor fun and dining complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating. The Cottage shares the courtyard with The Westley House. The Cottage and The Westley House can be rented together for a shared vacation experience with friends and family.



Your reservation includes linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart and an umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower to ensure you have a place to wash off the sand.



We have a dedicated driveway for check-in and check-out. There is free street parking.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with a unique door code prior to check-in. In addition, the property manager, Denise, greets all our guests to acquaint them with the property.



The Neighborhood:

We are conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Dogtooth Bar & Grill and Poppi's Brick Oven Pizza & Kitchen are a half block away.



Getting Around:

The Cottage at Westley House is in walking distance to restaurants, amusements rides on the boardwalk, and to the beach. We are a short drive to Cape May and other shore communities.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $50 per pet per stay fee. If you have more than one pet a separate invoice will be issued.

Note: The reservation fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Alert: if you have any sensitivity to pet allergens please be aware that pets are regularly present in this home.

Great property, close to the beach and restaurants, very easy walking for everything. Huge bonus they took the pets, who were very excited at the number of other dogs in the area. Would highly recommend.

Great spot, great cottage. Easy access to beach, piers and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and it was so helpful to have linens and towels.

It was a wonderful long weekend with my 2 young children (7 and 3), my husband and our doggo. The property is very cute, nicely kept, and in a great location! Everything you need to enjoy the beach is right there at the cottage. The property manager was very sweet and very quick to handle even the smallest issue. We would love to return to the cottage for our next beach trip!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach and close enough to walk to everything we needed. The rental was clean, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated that we could bring our dog along. It made the trip even better. Our host was absolutely wonderful, responsive, kind, and went above and beyond when we had to make some travel adjustments. Highly recommend.

I really appreciated being able to park right in front of the main house. Unfortunately, we had two cars, and my daughter had to park several blocks away. Friday and Saturday nights were loud. Our neighbors partied from about 6 PM until 3 AM both nights. Clean and inviting. Great communication. Cute cottage that fit my family's needs.

This property is cute and in walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Need to bring items such as paper towels, hand soap and baking trays/sheets if you plan to use the oven.

Perfect location - quiet street very close to beach

The property was clean and exactly as described online. The Host was very pleasant, and gave us a thorough walk-thru when we arrived. She let us to check-in 1 hour early (after a very long drive from Florida). She responded quickly when the TV remote batteries died. The street was quiet with less traffic than those on either side, but as described, it was only a 2-block walk to the beach. Host provided beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a cart to take all we needed! That was beyond our expectations.

Soccer on the beach getaway

We needed a place close to the beach for the weekend of beach soccer for our family and this place met all our needs. The owner Denise was awesome. The house was clean and plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of restaurants to allow us to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. 10/10!

A Wealth of Space!

This property might only sleep 4 but the amount of closet and living space is incredible. Clean, Modern, freezing cold AC, comfortable memory foam mattresses were just a few of the perks we enjoyed! Even the night stands were well thought out allowing for plenty of clothing storage without hogging up a lot of space! Just remember the yard space is shared so if you are social you will meet some great travelers like we did!

Cozy cottage close to beach and boardwalk

Property was very nice, very clean. Definitely on the small side but fine for 2-4 adults. Also pet friendly, which was a definite must for us. It's about 2.5 blocks from the boardwalk by the convention center/Wildwoods sign. It's also a few doors down from Dog Tooth and around the corner from Mud Hen so overall a great location. Linens and towels were a nice amenity (a lot of places make you bring your own). Bring your own soap/shampoo and condiments however as these are not provided (there were salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen area). There's a small patio with a grill and an umbrella and table. There's a tiny strip of dirt/for the dogs to use and a little park about a block north that was good for morning walks. Patio is shared with the main house but we didn't see anybody else using until the last day when they were throwing out their trash.Only real negative is the lack of parking. There's a driveway that guests are not permitted to use, which I don't get because on-street free parking is severely limited. We showed up on a Thursday and there was nothing for several blocks. Plenty of paid parking (almost 5/hr) but no free parking nearby that I could find. Meanwhile, driveway sat empty for our entire stay. Surrounding properties all had people using the driveways for parking. If the parking isn't a big deal for you than this is a really nice small cottage in a great location with easy access to a lot of what Wildwood has to offer.
